By far the worst customer service I had in years, the kid that attended me was EXTREMELY rude and a EXTREMELY angry lol seemed he was off on something , the treated awful the lady in front of me and the one after, I will speak to the owner (which I know) because this is unacceptable. I don't give out a lot of 1 star reviews but this must be one of the most wholly unsatisfying businesses I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I'm ordering these days. Trying not to party with Covid too much. And ordering from this Dunkin is always a crap shoot where I never win. It started with a simple "Don't put cheese on my sandwich." I ordered it that way via the Door Dash app, yet they gave me cheese. It happens. Second time, I ordered and then called to make sure. She agreed not to cheese my sandwich. I got cheese. This time I got Door Dash involved to make sure they were listening. To someone. Listen to anyone. Because they're obviously not paying attention to the person ordering the food or paying the money. Door Dash called to confirm the order as I wanted it. In the end, that too was futile, and this poor company has run out of slack from me. Pathetic. Okay bye. read more

What an absolute disaster. Connected to gas station so parking and drive-thru are congested and confusing. I was told service was slow because of constant employees turnover and training. Was traveling and needed a coffee. :) Not paying attention, this was just a drive thru Dunkin hooked onto a gas station. No worries! I drove right up, ordered, and received my delicious large iced coffee. All the staff was friendly and pleasant. I did not have to wait. I would recommend this location for sure! read more

Your typical Dunkin' attached to a gas station...I won't go into too much detail because you typically find the same thing at all Dunkin' Donuts. They were slow when I came through drive-thru on a Tuesday around 11:30am. The lady who helped me was as sweet as can be and is the reason I chose to write the review - she deserves to be recognized for her friendly customer service. The hazelnut iced coffee with cream and sugar was standard - on the sweet side per usual, but I'll specially crave for a Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee taste. The coffee actually had some coffee grounds at the bottom, which I've never had happen before...but at least the flavor was consistent. The transaction took less than 3 minutes and I was satisfied. This is the closet store location to me, so it's really my only option but I don't mind. I would say go for it if you don't mind a non-freestanding location with friendly customer service, especially if you're in the area looking to satisfy a Dunkin' Donuts/coffee/donut craving. read more

Just wanted to treat my kids (yesterday at around 5pm) to Dunkin donuts for a change as we normally buy donuts with our groceries at the gocery store. Very limited choice. Girl who started to serve me told me mid-way that her colleague would now take care of me. Then she and another girl went to one of the tables to take a break and started vaping. I've been going here for awhile anytime i'm in town, however, i've continued to be more and more disappointed every trip. The iced coffee is always good but the matcha is extremely sweet and not good. today i was charged for my whole order after waiting 10 minutes in the drive through and then was told they didn't have any beyond sausage so they couldn't make my sandwich. the girl behind the counter didn't apologize even though she knew they didn't have it before she charged me. Jacob at this location makes the best cold brew. I come here often and when I order i never know what I am going to get. i just thought Jacob deserved a shout out since the cold brew he made me with Oat milk 2 Vanilla shots and 2 sweet n lows is the best I have had from here in a long time. read more

Really bad service every time we visited- and we only visit them for their Iced Matcha Late.. but bought some Matcha now from Amazon so we are all set making our own Iced Matcha Late at home for much cheaper and better. We order from kiosk every time and every time they only have half our order available. Last order, no croissant had to choose avocado toast, no donut holes had to choose a donut and also didn't have the one we wanted either. Ordered Iced matcha late with little/less ice and once again the whole cup was filled to the rim with ice x3. No care at all. 2 girls laying on the counter and kept chatting to each other while our order was only half successful and wrong as well. It is constant situations like these that drive customers to buy donuts from the store like Crispy Creme and make their own drinks at home - safe money, less stress and better quality as well. I come to this Dunkin' at least once a week and I've always had a good experience. I've never encountered a rude employee and they have great customer service. They don't get my order right every time, but the employees are always willing to make it right (when I tell them about it lol).
