I am normally against chain coffee shops because I feel they are over priced for mediocre at best coffee. But dang did Dunkin change my mind! For starters this location almost always gives me the best service possible. The afternoon manager there is the sweetest woman ever and you can tell it puts the whole staff in an awesome mood. I used to go everyday between 2-6 for their $2 iced lattes and while I'm not sure if they use real espresso or not it definitely tastes like it. I mix the mocha with the French vanilla and never ventured out because it's so delicious. Also try their donut holes you won't be disappointed. read more

I love their donuts, so the two stars are because of the consistently poor service. This morning, I went to the drive thru and ordered a chocolate bar and low fat milk. She asked if I wanted a maple bar and whole milk. I repeated my order and she let me know that they only serve whole Milk. I questioned, "You don't have 2%?". She stated that 2% is the only kind of whole milk they have. (Whatever...LOL) Once I got to the window, she again asked if I wanted a chocolate bar or maple bar. I repeated that I wanted a chocolate bar(I hate maple bars). I drove home and opened my bag to a maple bar!! I threw it away and drank my reduced fat milk. Ugh! read more

Hi there, regular customer of this Dunkin's on Allen rd. I've been coming to this location more regularly than before and I have go to say I am just blown away by the disgusting attitude two girls in particular always have with me. On separate occasions I have encountered Jocelyn & Valerie but both girls are extremely rude. For example when I've gone inside Valerie has glanced at me and not even told me she'll be right with me and continue to be on her phone, once she's done with that then she comes and takes my order and with an attitude at that! Jocelyn, I've also had encounters with where she's been quite rude to her coworkers and other customers besides myself. Once in the drive thru she was yelling at one of her coworkers while the window was wide open and I could hear everything. Totally not okay, she seemed to be on some kind of "power trip". Second, inside the lobby she took a woman's order who was in front of me & basically tossed the donut at her, then she takes my order, doesn't wash her hands after handling cash, and proceeds to open the pastry bag with her hands, then grabs the tongs that are now contaminated. I just cannot! A lot of unacceptable things are going on this store! Even the ac seems to be broken because this week when I've been walking in it's extremely hot inside to the point where I'm breaking a sweat! I'm sure not having appropriate temperature for employees is illegal so I will contact the city health department this week. Which this actually brings me to another topic, weeks ago I seen a couple employees eating while working on drinks and food items and I took pictures which again, I'll make sure to show the health department. The only reason I keep coming back is because I need my daily coffee fix and everything bagel bites. Although this seems like a negative review I do want to say there's one young man who always makes my iced lattes so delicious, I think his name is Isav or Isac. Not once have I had a good experience at this Dunkin, the employees are definitely something else... always rude and never want to seem to do their job. I once asked the employee if I could have separate bags for each doughnut (I got 2 doughnuts) and she rolled her eyes and closed the drive thru window, when I got my doughnuts the frosting was melted and smeared all over the inside of the bag and the doughnuts were upside down. read more

I've been going to Dunkin since they opened here....both locations., Most of they time I gave no problems, and I actually like their frozen donuts. I kept seeing the offer of free coffee Mondays... I decided I would take advantage of this deal,.. used the app and purchased a black pepper croissant sandwich (nearly $5), I only made the drive to get the free iced coffee deal. At the drive thru I asked about the deal...they told me, it's taken off when purchased through the app,....I got to the window, asked a different person, I told them that's good to know,... They showed they could care a less by their tone. It was an offer for a free iced coffee...would it have been that hard to just make that happen?. I've spent hundreds there, it was nearly a daily stop with work. Back to Starbucks iced coffee for me I guess. Bummer. read more

We were on a road trip, and at 9:30 pm decided that we want some donuts, this place was still open, so we've picked up four donuts. It looks like they were about to close, so they made a discount for us (we didn't ask for it, so it was a pleasant surprise), instead of 5 dollars we paid just 1.50 - thanks a lot to their manager and his kindness. Donuts were good, we've got a raspberry jam, chocolate, regular, and maple syrup. Chocolate and regular were the best, the one with jam is a bit sweet to my taste, but with nonsweet tea - I can handle that. Surprisingly donut with maple syrup was the sweetest, so I have to scratch some of its toppings away. Otherwise, I couldn't even taste the flavor. I am glad to see Dunkin' Donuts opens in Bakersfield. They have a good coffee " less strong than Starbucks" and their donuts are the best. My favorite is the French cruller. They have a drive through. In the morning, it may take you 15 minutes to get your order when it is busy. I frequent this location very often, every time I go they are out of something, and recently it got worse I can't even make a dozen doughnuts of my choice. The last two times I got there around 2 pm and I was told that they only make doughnuts in the morning. We Finally got a Dunkin' Donuts! My family and I were so excited to hear the we're opening in Bakersfield. If you are from other parts of the country their everywhere. I went the forest couple times and left, because the lines were so long. They are actually better staffed than any other Dunkin' I've been to, and that's saying a lot from me, who's eaten at literally hundreds of them. French crullers and old fashioned donuts are my favorite. My mother got hooked on their coffee years ago, and swears by it. I stopped by the other morning for breakfast. Went on a Sunday morning and they were sold out of every donut we specifically asked for. Ordered a breakfast sandwich instead and it came out cold and greasy. The croissant was falling apart and the cheese wasn't even melted. Hash browns that came with it tasted odd. They were overly seasoned with rosemary and other herbs.
