First time I tried out dunking it was okay the donuts were fine and I tried a hot chocolate but the second time I went they made my hot chocolate and it tasted odd. The donuts were not the best they were just okay and they did not have a huge selection. The third time I went, I tried a breakfast sandwich-never ordering breakfast there again! Hashbrowns have a nasty taste to them the eggs in the sandwich taste plasticky(if that's a word!) And they got my order wrong even after they fixed it it was still wrong! The sour creme donut was good, nice and crispy, with just a touch of sweetness. It didn't taste completely fresh though. The girl who helped me was so nice and offered suggestions, because I had never been here before. She suggested a butter pecan latte when I asked about the coffee, claiming it was her favorite. I eagerly agreed to try, because it fits the perfect flavor profile I look for in coffee. It did not disappoint! Heard a lot of hype about dunkin donuts but all hype with nothing to back it up. The donuts were dry and worse than local places like fosters. Plain coffee was good but blended coffee without mocha option was basically milk blended with ice and a dab of coffee. Tasted mostly like ice milk Service was terrible. While I was getting info about which donuts I could choose from, the cashier kept interrupting and asking what I wanted to drink finally had to say hold on a second I'm trying to listen to the other guy. The chick working the drive thru had NO clue what I wanted when I asked for a Bavarian Cream.... she said "yes, we have that..." then, I got some powdered down, lemon-filled dough ball in my bag. Also, their "cake" donut tasted like artificial strawberry. I ordered a numbered coffee off their menu, which was like a caramel blended coffee with whipped cream.... well, the drink I received was an iced coffee with NO whipped cream, that tasted absolutely disgusting. I've been going to this location for months now, everyday I go every morning and order the same drink. I switched from going to star bucks just because I love how my drink tastes at Dunkin. If my coffee isn't made right Loretta the manager always makes sure it's fixed no problem. She's always nice and polite. However today I went and the person in charge mcCenna decided I hv an attitude with me when I told her my coffee tasted funny . She literally changed her attitude and seemed upset that I was complaining , like seriously she acted like she was the one paying the 4.59 for my coffee. So disappointing. read more

This was my first time trying Dunkin I got a medium size cold brew with caramel and almond milk. The coffee is very good. But I'm disappointed with the order I asked them for a wrap with bacon and egg they got my order wrong and put sausage. I do not like sausage whatsoever and I'm very sad that I didn't get to have the full great experience everyone says they have. I live far away I drove 30 minutes to this Dunkin and I now can not drive back because of the distance. read more

I have fond memories of Dunkin Donut's filled donuts from Eugene, Oregon where I attended college at the University Of Oregon back in the 70s. I ordered a lemon filled donut and a chocolate cream filled donut as they didn't have any berry filled ones. The lemon filling was good but the chocolate one tasted too sweet for me and more like cake frosting so I only ate a couple of bites. The donut itself was a little heavier in texture than I expected. They may be new and still working out the kinks as far as getting food to you quickly in the drive thru (expected for just opening), but they have their service completely figured out. Tried this place on National Donut Day. My parents and bro did not like the donuts at all. Mom thought they were undercooked and didn't look appetizing. Loved the ice tea! I stopped on in around 5am after being at the ER with my mom and was so exhausted beyond words. I'm not a morning person but had no choice this time, lol. The staff inside were very nice and greeted me with sincere especially how tired I appeared. The ice tea was fresh and just delicious! Got some donuts too they were so yummy! The place just opened at this location so it was nice to have an opportunity to stop on in. There is a drive thru so next time I am in the area, i will b stopping by to get ice tea!
