I'm honestly surprised by the low ratings I had a great experience at this Dunkin'. My order was ready within five minutes, and the service was friendly and efficient. The location was clean and well-kept overall, though the bathroom could use a little more attention (there was some mess on the seat when I went in). I ordered a croissant sandwich, and while it tasted good, it was a little darker than I expected maybe slightly over-toasted, or that could just be their usual style. We came twice in one week and tried to order through the app. The first time this happened the woman that helped us was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. She advised that the printer wasn't working. We returned approximately 2 days later and the same thing happened. There was no record of our app order. This experience, the staff gave no explanation. January 26 2026 @ 6:30pm- app order for drive through service. Pulled up to kiosh to inform them I had an app order. The greeter asked what I wanted to order, I told them I had an app order and gave my name. Total crickets, no reply back that they understood the order, So after a minute I decided to move around to the pickup window, there was one car ahead of me. The person at the window looked back at my car so I know he new I was there. When the car in front of me left I pulled up to the window but the employee dissappeared. I waited for his return but he never came back. I saw one other person on the other side of the drive through, I honked my horn to see I could get there attention. After honking the horn again I drove around and went inside. I told them we had an app order but no one offered service. I asked to speak to the manager but was told the manager was not there. I asked for the managers name as well as the person working the window but was told he could not give that info out. There wasn't any other customers in the store or in the drive through so it wasn't as though they were busy. I went through the drive- thru to get the special they showed the commercial for on TV. The sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and iced coffee for $3. $8 something dollars later, I drove away with a delicious large iced coffee and a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant! I tried to order a sugar free syrup for my coffee, but it didn't seem like one was available. I liked what I got because it really was very tasty. However I can't make it a regular thing because it's too expensive, and I don't speak Dunkin' fluently enough to order something healthyish. Rudeness is at all time high at this location. I pulled up to the drive thru where I waited for at least 5 minutes when I was never even acknowledge. I then said hello in a normal tone the lady got there saying you can wait a minute. After I finally ordered I pulled up the window. I saw the worker frantically run back and worth. When she came to the window I said I hope you have a better day. She responded you said hello and I was waiting on customers so whatever. I'm not sure why this business has such bad reviews and honestly they scared me away for awhile. But I had a gift card and decided to stop by...I mean, what do I have to lose? I'm glad I went for breakfast and coffee. They girls in the drive thru were all very nice and helpful when I was ordering my coffee and deciding on food. This place sucks! You can go through the drive-thru and you get sass. You can go inside and they will have you waiting for 10 mins and you will still get sass. Please employ people who enjoy their job. Being busy is NOT an excuse for having attitude so early in the morning. This place is soooooooo slow. It's drive thru only. Two days ago, I ordered one coffee ahead of tine on the app. Got there 10 min later and there was no one else in line. Pulled up to the pick up window and it still took them at least 5 minutes to hand me my black coffee. They literally had to just pour from the pot into the cup and put a lid on it. Stood at the register and was just looked at by 1 employee and the other had her back to us the whole time. Neither said hello, how can I help you or anything. I really enjoy the coffee here, whether it's iced or hot. Much better than their top competitor. However, I'm also a big ice tea drinker. The ice tea is not great. I've tried it on several occasions. I used to go to this dunkin every morning back in 2017 and the staff was AMAZING. Always had a positive upbeat attitude and even gave me a free dozen donuts on my birthday when they had noticed but recently it has done a complete 180. Staff is EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. Short tempered when taking your order, in a rush to get you out of the drive through, always out of certain items.. I can't imagine it be much longer until this location is shut down. Rightfully so. This has been hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever endured, and I used to work in the food service industry myself. AWFUL! My Dad and I went here for a change of pace, as neither of us had eaten at D.D before. When we got there the place was empty but the server/barista/cook (I use the term 'cook' loosely) was busy with the drive-thru so we waited for about 5 or 6 minutes. We both ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, a large tea and a donut. I was surprised that the total came to over $17.00. Afterwards we waited another 5 or 6 minutes for our food, which was a brick-flavored biscuit with floppy square egg, cheese glued to said brick-biscuit, and a burnt circle of sausage. It had obviously been microwaved and was inedible. The donut tasted like it was made the day before and there was more ice than tea I our drinks. It looked like they were trying to figure out how to use the register. I stood there for 5 minutes before one of them looked up at me. No greeting. I went in to pick up a cup of coffee and I decided to buy donuts to surprise my kids at home. Once the girl filled the donut box, she proceeded to cough into it with the lid still open. I did not mention it as she asked me to close the box as she did not have a glove on her hand (she had a glove on the hand that grabbed the donuts). As I stood to the side and waited for my coffee, I noticed another girl over at the grill, apparently prepping bacon/cheese/sausage sandwiches. She HAD NO GLOVES ON and was laying the bacon/cheese and other items on each sandwich. Had a rather odd experience during our last visit. This is usually my husband's and my favorite Dunkin. I didn't catch the name of the employee, but she seemed to have quite a one-track mind the day we visited. My husband ordered what he wanted and she asked about a drink. He said he was going to grab one from the cooler which was only a few feet away. She immediately walks away and gets to work on his order. I was standing next to him the entire time and not once did she ask what my order was. She finished up making his sandwich and heating his hash browns, brought his order to the counter, and asked if that was all. Meanwhile I was still standing there waiting to make my order. I told her no, that didn't complete the order and proceeded to order the same thing my husband did. Had she waited to get the entire order, she could have made both sandwiches and hash browns at once. Once she finished up she came back to the counter and told us the total. My husband told her the order wasn't finished and that he also wanted coffee cake muffin. Before I could even open my mouth to say that I wanted an old fashioned with sprinkles, she was already running over to the donut case to grab what he wanted. I had to flag her down and tell her what I wanted. The store was not busy. We were the only people there until their friends walked in the door. This is the first time that we've ever had a negative experience at this location. The entire ordering process took two to three times longer than it should have. They really need to slow down. One star for the service, but the chicken salad sandwich was pretty amazing so I'll give them three stars. read more
