Went in today to pick up some doughnuts. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. No one even acknowledged I was standing there. A woman came in behind me and waited to order. Still no one said a word to me. After a few minutes I noticed there was a line of about 10 people behind me. 4 people working there and their only priority was the drive thru. A woman behind me asked if they were helping people inside or if they needed to go through the drive thru. One of the employees simply replied that they were busy. Ive come to this dunkin for years. and ordered the same exact coffee for years and somehow everytime i order it its been wrong. I placed a mobile order today, like i usually do. two of the same exact coffees, one (mine) with an espresso shot. The lady at the window said that they were waiting for my coffee and gave my boyfriend his. his is fine, she grabbed a random coffee off the counter and asked another staff if it was for my order. well it definitely wasnt, no espresso which i didn't realize at first and had to tell her that it needed cold foam. its just aggravating when the workers dont pay any attention and i get my coffee wrong every single time. i wont be going back again. read more

The drive thru is a mess. The mobile order is a mess. Orders are constantly incorrect. And today, after sitting in line for almost 20 minutes for a mobile order, find out they had none of the food. It isn't difficult for them to simply notify/update the app if there is an anticipated problem with an order, so someone like me doesn't waste his time. read more

Visiting this location is the most painful experience every single time I go. I'm afraid to order anything besides a single donut and a drink from the cooler for fear I'll spend 30 minutes waiting(which sometimes I end up waiting that long regardless). This place is so unprofessional. I went through the drive thru, the girl taking my order was interrupting me and super rude (whatever, brushed it off) got to the window and paid. Got my iced coffees and there was an inch of carmel at the bottom so I politely asked them to stir them up a bit more. She shook my coffees up and down aggressively in front of me, slammed them onto the counter at the window and said "i cant shake them up anymore than that" and slammed the window in my face. I go to Dunkin's every morning. This place used to be great. For the last year you never know when or if they're open. They've closed indoors many times and as a result have a massive long drive thru line. Many times after sitting in the line you get to the order box and they ask for your order then tell you the machines don't work or they're out of this or that. no one has the foresight to post a sign or send an employee out to tell the customers in the line instead of making them wait for no reason. read more

You would think they would atleast fill the cup up When you're paying almost 6 dollars for a drink if that's how a company is going to run I will not be wasting my money at at Dunkin' Donuts. I am regular there and they are awesome! They are almost always on point. If they ever mess up, which isn't often, they apologize and fix it...they are human, nobody's perfect. They are certainly close though. I say 'thank you' and they say 'you're welcome; thank you for using On-the-Go' each time. If they don't say it back, they didn't hear me. We usually get doughnuts from here every weekend. Today unfortunately was the worse experience with this place. Got 2 dozen. With 8 of them being glazed. When we got home with them of course we were ready to start eating. The glazed doughnuts turned out to be more cake doughnuts with some sugar sprinkled on top. Called Dunkin and was told by a manager named Rachel, who was so rude I couldn't believe she was even a manager, that there was nothing she could do since they don't make those, they come from a warehouse. Would not refund our money, even if we brought them back, would not even give a credit, NOT even let us talk to her boss. Told us she refused to let us talk to anyone above her since she is the one there right now and we're stuck with what we bought. I will be trying to contact corporate. I hope they don't let managers like Rachel actually treat customers this way. read more

Decent coffee, terrible customer service. I always give an effort to be kind and polite to those working in fast food. It stinks when you try and be polite to these ladies and they ignore any "thank you" you give them. Don't expect a courteous "you're welcome" because you will not receive one here. Stopped in today because my son wanted a doughnut before going to pre-school. Food was ok, but they handed us his iced doughnut (we were eating inside) sitting in the bottom of a brown paper bag, no wax paper or anything, just seemed a strange way to serve food. They did not have any plastic knives to spread the rock hard butter on my bagel (the bagels were not visible to select from as far as I could tell, they had to yell from one end of the counter to the other to see what they still had in stock). I just generally had the feeling like it was a place about to go out of business. Since I've moved to this location I have gone to this Dunkin about 6 times. 5 out of those 6 times my service has been negative. 5 times they have told me they are " running low on donuts today" you'd think if they run low so often they would make some adjustments. My lid to my coffee has now been handed to me twice with the lid not all the way on causing it to spill on me. Lastly... I go up to Dunkin today on mothers day and the person taking my order you could tell was very frustrated and once I got up to the window 3 staff members were talking very poorly of their coworker that worked the day before. The best thing about this DD is that it's convenient to my work and my sons school, but that's about it. I never know if my coffee drink is going to be what I wanted or taste awful, zero consistency whatsoever. Most of the employees are nice but there are a few, one in particular, that's beyond rude. He took my order wrong (no surprise there) and then got visibly upset when I said the drink he gave me wasn't what I ordered *insert his eye rolling and loud huffing and puffing here*. Dunkin certainly isn't fine gourmet coffee but it is pretty decent. I like that when I say 'cream and sugar' they hand me a cup just the way I would fix it myself. They have lots of different doughnuts, cookies and pastries. They are everywhere so you should be able to find one wherever you are, but you can tell what they serve is mass produced with a lot of food miles on it. Give it a shot sometime. read more

I am a regular customer at Amelia Dunkin, and for awhile it was all good and I loved the service and the drinks they made. They were efficient and nice. But lately they have been slow, careless, and they always miss the first time I order so I have to repeat it again. And I know it's not that big of a deal, but when you are constantly having to do it it gets a little annoying. I think that it is because they have hired new employees, but I think that they either haven't trained them properly or the employees just don't care. The drinks I get back are either not what I ordered or don't have all the ingredients that I ordered so I have to remind them every single day that I wanted certain items on my drink and I have to wait another three minutes. Overall I think it's a great coffee place to go to with great prices but they need to up their service game and coffee making skills. This Location is very close to home and on my way to work. I drink Coffee more then once a day and have stopped at this one many times at various times. The only time it is Perfect is in the morning. Any other time it is TERRIBLE!! I end up throwing it away!! I go thinking maybe it will be better and it never is. I think they have their best employees there during the busy time which is great, but I enjoy coffee more then just in the morning. Have been to this location a few times. Always told they are out of multigrain bagels, but what I have ordered has never been wrong until my most recent visit. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese got no cheese. Ordered a big n toasted with sausage and got bacon and no cheese. And the customer service on this occasion was for s**t.
