I have visited this place 8 times since it opened. My favorite ice cream on the planet is BR Pralines & Cream, which by the way is the #2 ranked flavor of Baskin Robbins worldwide. I have only been able to get this flavor at this location 1 time in 8 visits. The rest of the time I just tell them to forget it and drive away. I've even gone in and spoke to the staff about this flavor and the girl was clueless as to why they never have it. read more

I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as when they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong. This location also has a Baskin Robbins in it, so who can't love this vibe? Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, you can spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain. I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with. Whatever you choose to go with, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin'. Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation. read more

I've recently moved to this city, and as a full-time student and full-time worker, this Dunkin Donuts has fed me more times than I care to admit. I am pretty bad about running late, but Dunkin has my back when I need a coffee for the long day ahead. Even though this restaurant is my go-to recently, I do have some grievances. They aren't the most efficient during peak times due to what seems like a young skeleton crew. There have also been a few instances where I have had not just one, but multiple items from my order missing, and I'd have to remind the staff as they tried shutting the window on me. I understand that they are busy, though, and never once have I had an unpleasant staff member. They are always smiling and apologizing for any mistakes or longer waits. They will continue to get my money until I defeat all of my ADHD time-management follies. read more

It's really hit or miss with this location. Visibility is good and it's clean. However, I'm a Dunkin customer since the 1900's and a coffee person. The quality of the coffee continues to be an issue. I love a good iced coffee in the summer. On Tuesday this week, I got an iced coffee and it was good. Today, I bought 2 decaf iced coffees and they tasted bitter and terrible. I don't know if they're using old product or not cleaning the machines properly but there is an issue. I wish they could address their quality control issues. I made a mistake on my online drive-thru order and didn't add cream, and when I asked the clerk to add cream, she was asking someone else about the billing. I know it doesn't cost extra, so that was odd but when she finally gave me my coffees, she didn't give me any straws so I had to go inside anyway. Add to that they were barely drinkable, and I felt like my money was wasted. read more

it took forever a lady came in ask for her coffee said she was waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru said Oder thru the app after that we got are ice cream mad they where out of waffle cones no she didn't offer to make me ok I keep telling her I want Cotten candy she didn't listen till my bf said something after she which one I point at told her she that wasn't cott candy it was and it was miss labeled ok... she then over charged me the other lady working was helpful at all either and I did the survey to get my free doughnuts after feeling it out it told you have to buy a drink to get no that's not free even the sign said ask how to get a free doughnuts free doughnuts yes but if I have to buy a m or l drink it's not free. I will say just buy your own ice cream it's cheaper faster and better also they did not have 31 flavors they really need to hire more ppl and label the ice cream also way to expensive for what they charge and how slow it was read more
