Still got it with ice! Asked about which is better, the corn muffin or roll, and the response was, "Well corn muffin when it's not burnt. I mean honestly, why would you criticize the food you are serving by saying something to scare the customer away from a selection like that? The ambiance was very simple, not much for decor, it is a small town cafe that used to be called Grumpy's, they have 9 tables, and a wait staff that serves carry out, dine in and drive thru customers, and shared tips. Honestly one of the worst experiences for food taste, and the whole experience. We were told to take a seat, weren't given menus until a few minutes after we sat down and the table was littered with trash and debris, which was cleaned off as we were at the table. They had a big line of cars around the building for the drive thru, and all the other tables inside were full. The food presentation was that of grilling in the back yard. But, you need to work on seasoning the beef, the fries, and the meatloaf. I don't know how this place was so busy! Maybe people don't know how to use spices to flavor foods these days. I mean, a small investment in spices and people that know how to use them would make the world of difference. Reminds me of JJ's. Not good at all! If I could give no stars I would.

It was sooo delicious! Highly recommend this drink to anyone. The decor and vibe of the entire shop was fun, albeit a wee bit noisy. I'm sure it's a decent place for work with the free WiFi offered, but be sure to bring some earplugs or headphones. Otherwise, folks gathered and mingled here, seeming quite comfortable and content. They also offer a coffee shop punch card so you can earn your way to a free drink! Be sure to give them a visit and don't forget to get your card!

Served fresh and hot just like I like it. They offered me a frequent rewards card which I took to give my sister who lives local however I plan to return tomorrow and the next day and the day after that (LOL). The place is warm and cozy and all the things a coffee shops dreams of being. The seating areas look so inviting so I may have to come back one afternoon and try an iced beverage. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Plenty of pull in parking on Main Street.

I and my spouse were passing through Geraldine on a weekend afternoon (about an hour before…read moreclosing), and I needed a coffee hit for the rest of the trip. I'm so glad I stopped here! Don't be fooled by its humble exterior... the interior space is *immaculately* clean and inviting. It beats national chain interiors handily, and most one-off shops I've visited in larger cities. I ordered a large latte (no syrups, I'm a purist), and had them pour it over ice. Delicious and well-made. My spouse wanted something to satisfy their sweet tooth: a chocolate chip cookie filled the bill. It was deceptively filling for its size, as it was laced with oatmeal -- but not too much of it -- and a touch of molasses. Even so, it was not overly sweet (which is a good thing). The young-ish counter guy was very pleasant, and seemed genuinely invested in ensuring our visit met our expectations. Again, high marks. Should I find myself in Geraldine, I will make it a point to stop in again. Bravo.

Stopped by for some fuel on the drive home after road tripping to a nearby park. I'd had this spot on my bookmarks for a while because I thought the drinks looked pretty and the name was cute, so I was excited to try it out. This is a small stand alone coffee shop kind of by itself off the side of the road. They have a drive through too. I hopped inside to check out their menu. They have coffee classics, Red Bull infused energy drink blends, tea, lots of frappes, and some minor food options. I didn't see any seasonal specials but they did have a turtle mocha, so I ordered that. Two gentlemen were working the counter and they were exceedingly pleasant. They invited me to come back out later to attend a trivia night or some such, which I thought was a nice idea and sentiment. My drink was made quickly. The inside of the shop feels super cozy and comfortable, a little like a book nook. I can imagine settling in for several hours to read or work. Unfortunately, I really didn't care for my drink. It was overwhelmed by syrups - and I say this as a woman who loves her sugary coffee desserts. Worse than that, at least one of the syrups had a distinctly unpleasant chemically taste. I'm guessing it's whichever one was meant to represent the pecan flavor in the turtle mocha, as it was slightly nutty tasting, but in a very unpleasant and artificial way. I barely drank any of my beverage. Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing. I appreciated the kind service and pleasant atmosphere and wish them well.
