The food is served within 5-10 minutes and is hot. The empanadas are flaky. My pictures don't do all the empanadas justice. There's a little seating near the food truck. I ordered the following: Churro Cheesecake (3/5): it was visually appealing with a nice touch of diced strawberries on top. The bottom and top were a little burnt. It wasn't incredibly sweet. Veggie Empanada (5/5): The empanada was flaky and wonderful. The veggies paired well. I'd get this again. Pizza Empanada (2/5): I felt like the dough was made out of puff pastry. It was different from the other empanadas. It did taste like pizza, but probably won't get again. Chicken Empanada (4/5): There was a good amount of meat. It wasn't dry and had good flavor. Corn Stick with Cheese (4/5): It had like a cornbread consistency, but was a little softer. The cheese inside wasn't that noticeable. Malta India (5/5): The beverage was malty.
