I come to Colonie Centre to draw. Employees are always courteous, kind, respectful, and helpful. I occasionally go to dunkin here to get a Peach passion fruit refreshed. rarely has long lines.

This is hands-down the best Dunkin' Donuts ever. The customer service is amazing. You feel like it was back in the day. Old school. Coffee is always fresh and smells amazing.

Mall Dunky's, with a more limited selection of baked goods and a higher volume of customers, but I've been pleasantly shocked at how friendly the service has been at this location. It is what it is, this is a slightly above average one of those things that it is.

This was made perfect. Best one I've had since I started ordering frozen matcha. If it wasn't such a drive from my hometown I would visit everyday

This dunkin did a great job at making refreshers for my friend and I. They tasted great, thank you!

It's open early so we stopped by on the way into vermont after staying in the area. There is parking available in front of the store. There is no sign at the plaza but there is LED donut shop sign and wooden sign at the front of the shop. Inside is small and there are no seatings so everyone seemed to be coming to pick up their orders. Inside is decorated with lots of different colors and really gives off LGBTQ vibe. They offer lots of specialized donut options. I ended up getting apple cider cake and maple praline matcha drink. My donut was nice and sweet, crunchy and flavorful. My drink was creamy and slightly sweet matcha flavor was nice and light. Only thing that could have been better is if the donut could be warmer. Especially with apple cider donut it would have tasted better slightly warm. May be good to offer option to heat it up for customers at least those that are eating right after purchase there. Service was good and the staff were very nice and welcoming. It wasn't too busy so we didn't had to wait much. Overall it's a nice donut shop with good donuts and drinks. Curious how the sandwiches are which i'm interested maybe next time if there are opportunity. Overall a solid place.

It's cute inside and the service was friendly and informative. They let me know that EVERYTHING, even the puff pastry is made in house!!! Very impressive! I bought a couple glazed donuts to make up for the horrible pastry and donuts that I had this week from elsewhere. I'm so glad I did because they were fresh made and moist and the glaze was still wet! If nothing else they made was good, I would go back just for the glazed donuts! But everything is great so let's keep chatting! I originally decided to drive there to get the cinnamon bread that I remember as a kid. Unfortunately they were sold out. But they did have what they called Easter bread, which is s rich egg loaf, similar to Challah with red and golden raisins in it and the dough is lemon flavored. I bought a loaf of that and brought it home and made epic French toast with it! I highly suggest you do the same! I also tried their spinach pastry and "pizza" pastry, delicious! All the dough here just melts in your mouth without leaving a leathery film on your tongue which means it's real pastry made with butter! I have thus resigned myself to the fact that I will be gaining weight soon due to the frequency in which I plan to keep visiting this place haha!

Everything pretty much tasted bland with not much flavor. The oatmeal raisin cookie, cinnamon bread, and cinnamon sugar donut were just not worth the calories. The cinnamon sugar donuts were the worst as they were incredibly dense and tasted stale. There's street parking and the employees were judgey, but friendly enough.

I was at the Co-op the next day. A variety of their breads are located in a shelf display across the aisle from all the other breads. I saw sandwich rolls, French baguettes, plain sourdough, three seeds sourdough, whole wheat sourdough, plain challah, everything topped challah, and a couple of variations that I don't recall. Some of the loaves are also available in half-loaf sizes. I purchased a loaf of 3 Seed Sourdough ($8.69) and a loaf of Everything topped Challah ($7.29). Both are excellent in their own right. The 3 seeds on the sourdough are organic dry roasted pumpkin, organic dry roasted sunflower, and organic golden flax seeds. Anicca makes a point of stating that they make every attempt to obtain all their ingredients within 200 miles of the Troy bakery. The sourdough has a nice chewy crust and a decent sour flavor. The challah has a softer crust than the sourdough, just a bit of sweetness and a slightly lighter colored crumb. The challah is also double bagged for some reason. The loaf is placed in a plastic bag before it is placed in the outer paper bag. Maybe that was to protect the everything topping? If you visit their web page https://aniccabakery.com/ you will learn that you can order online and pickup your order at Alias Coffee Shop in Troy. You may also notice that their web page does not mention all the varieties of bread that I saw at the Co-op and shows a more limited production schedule. Maybe their web page is just not up to date. Another issue I ran into was knowing whether the bread was fresh. Glancing at the information on the label of my two choices, I saw that the sourdough was labeled as "Date Baked on10/29/25" (GREAT! That was today), while the challah was labeled as "Date Baked 10/30/25." WAIT!!! How can that be? 10/30/25 is not until TOMORROW!!! I checked several other packages and found that all the packages of challah were labeled with tomorrow's date. As an aside, does that mean I wouldn't be able to eat the challah until tomorrow? LOL Or better yet, if I eat it today does that mean the carbs don't exist yet? Still, LOL. In any event, a Co-op employee noticed my confusion and insisted on informing management while wondering if this meant the sourdough could have actually been sitting on the shelf since 10/28/25. Today or not, but probably tomorrow also, both breads were excellent. I'm looking forward to trying a whole wheat sourdough.
