My niece and I came here on a Saturday afternoon after having lunch in the area. We ordered in the drive thru and the service was fast and friendly. My niece enjoyed her drink. I would come here again. This seems to be a newer location. It's easy to get in and out of. It's located right next to Jersey Mike's subs. read more

I'm a huge Dunkin fan, but this one is at the bottom of the list unfortunately. It's a new build facility, so I was super excited. The customer service is great, but the actual product has been lacking. I have ordered the same drinks for a couple years. So when it's off, I know. I have had to have my drink remade several times and that is very disappointing. It never tastes like my usual and it never tastes the same. I'm not sure why every drink has been bad, but I hope they get it together soon. This location is right near Shelby Baptist Medical Center on 1st Ave in Alabaster. It's easy to reach from the interstate and other businesses. read more

Brand new location, and this place is awesome! The kiosks and dedicated mobile order pick up areas are nice features. Easy in and out parking, and it's nice that it's right on Hwy 31 so they should see a good amount of traffic (no pun intended). As far as the doughnuts/donuts, I love these. I like the lighter taste of the doughnut, and it doesn't taste too fried like other chains. Also like that the filled ones are unglazed. Favorites include the frosted creme filled, old fashioned, chocolate cake, and of course Munchkins. read more

Everything about my Dunkin experience was amazing. I ordered wrong and was disappointed in myself when I received my drink. I went to the counter to ask if I could get more sweetener and they gladly helped and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. JD and Devon were amazing and continued to provide the best customer service I've ever received. Thank you. This location was also very clean and very efficient in everything they did and I believe it was because these two gentleman were here. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Today, Tuesday the 4th of June 2024, I ordered through GrubHub. I ordered the 10 munchkins assorted and they come in a bag not a box. I thought they were larger but it's nothing like the picture you see on the App. But, they were fresh and good so I give it 4 stars. Next, I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese wrap. But, I can't believe they gave me half of a sausage and half of a wrap for $3.99. I can't believe how small this wrap. I will never order it again. I haven't eaten it yet but just for appearance I give it 2 stars. Because, I'm very disappointed. Next, I ask for a wrap for the pepper black bacon with American cheese. But, I got the croissant instead and I'm glad because if I had got another half of a sandwich I would have been really upset. But, it was good so I give it 4 stars. I would have given it 4.5 stars but they didn't put the American cheese on it and it wasn't what I ordered. Plus, the driver place my food on the ground instead of ringing my doorbell and putting it in my hand as requested. I noticed that drivers don't read the instructions. They just assume it's no contact and that's not right. You need to check and read to ensure you follow the instructions given by the customer. I give the driver 3 stars out of 5 stars for not following instructions. read more

Service is bad. Came in today before 11am and there's several of them in there and no one even acknowledge me. I thought they're just waiting for me to pick but nope they acted like there's no customer inside. The inside was a mess some customers just left their trash on the table. If you have patience with this kind of service go ahead but this team is not friendly at all. read more

This is specifically for the online and mobile orders. They don't tell you that they don't have certain items or things in your order until after you get there. It would be more convenient if they reached out or rejected parts of the order so that you know what you're getting prior to arrival. It's sucks to make an order, wait, go to the store and your entire or main parts of your order isn't available. read more

Walked in on a Saturday morning at 10:45am...I was the only customer inside and there were 3 employees working and servicing the drive-thru...a couple minutes go by and not a single "hello" or "we will be right with you"...another customer walks in and the same no acknowledgement. Wait another minute or two and I ask the other customer, "I guess they are not serving people inside...and the other customer said, yea maybe the drive-thru would have been faster." I walked out...terrible service (or lack of it) and poor management if this is the expectations of how to treat your potential customers. I won't go back in the Alabaster location, I'll drive out of my way the next time I want Dunkin Donuts, but I might be time to find another doughnut place read more

I'll give this place no stars ,it is disgusting the teenagers that work there don't know what's goingyou'g them a disservice by being there. I will never even look in the direction of this place. As I have worked in Foodservice for 20 year, I know a little bit about customer service,this Dunkin' should be closed until the management can be trained on basic cleanliness practices and learn any semblance of common courtesy I'm not the type to get on yelp and put places on blast,but this place is a dumpster fire,a supply depot for food poisoning.
