I really had a bad experience with the staff here. Nobody greeted me, nobody smiled, nobody was friendly. The lady that helped us seemed like she was on drugs, the manager tried to say she was training but she was doing our order almost intentionally slow and all we ordered was coffee. We were waiting for 25 minutes for 4 drinks and 25 donut holes. We were the only ones there. If I could give negative stars I would!!! This is the worst Dunkin EVER! They never get it right and then when u say something they give you attitude! Example... I ordered a med coffee for me and 1 donut and straw banana smoothie for the princess! They hand me a strawberry smoothie no banana ( didn't complain bc she liked it) and a small coffee. I said I ordered med. she says no you didn't! (What???) I look at my receipt and guess what... It said med so I show her! She grunted as she took my coffee back! Comes back 3 min later with a med coffee and basically throws it at me. I sat waiting for my daughters donut and she flings the window open and was like "YES CAN I HELP YOU" I almost lost it! Polite employees. They just aren't listening to their customers well. I order one wrap and was charged for two. I ordered my cream and sugar on the side of my two coffees and they were given to me premixed (waaaay too much sugar in both). My wrap had cheese..that I didn't ask for. Can't recommend. This is local to me and I would love to support it, but sadly will not be back. On 12/9 I stopped in to pickup bagels for houseguests. It was a major effort to get on of the 6 or 7 employess to help me as they were too involved in their personnel convesations. When I got the bagels home and went to serve them to my houseguests we were dissappointed on the quality- stale and hard!!!. I should have taken them back but I let it slid. Today I stopped for a latte and a muffin to take to work, When I went to unwrap the muffin, it was harder than a rock and ended up throwing it away. Too bad. This is probably the worse Dunkin' Donuts in the entire DMV area. I would literally drive 20 extra minutes to go to another location. It is pretty sad because this location is so convenient but with the extremely long wait times and very inexperienced staff makes for a terrible trip every single time. Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Accokeek, Maryland

Up until about a couple months ago maybe less this was a decent Dunkin' Donuts. Here lately not so much. For instance tonight I went through the drive-through and waited five minutes for the young men inside the establishment to get finished with their whip cream battle in the parking lot and inside the building. Finally got my order placed. Pull up to the window and noticed that there were several cars parked behind me. Waiting to put their order in. My coffee was made from a pot of coffee that was sitting on the counter. At least he did stir it. I asked for an everything bagel. No bagel. Ended up with a sesame bagel. Not what I wanted but it would do. I asked for butter. I finally get my order and make it clear to the young man at the window that there were several cars behind me and he stated that the sensor must be off. Got my order which ended up being a very stale sesame bagel with about a tablespoon of cream cheese on it. And a lukewarm cup of coffee that tasted burnt. I'm hoping that the management gets control of this place because it's a shame that the staff they had before was so good and they got these guys in here now really messing it up. read more

From the manager on down to the workers the product is terrible and the service is more deplorable. This is the worst I have ever seen. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes before I had to flag someone down to get my order. Come to find out that the "on line" order I put in was still sitting on the counter unmade. The manager I believe is on drugs, the staff is unfriendly, non communicative, and just down right nasty. Especially the young girl with the braids who works the drive thru most often (in the morning time) and the young dark skin gentleman who is on the front counter. They never wear name tags so I guess everybody has the same name. I would rather starve and die of thirst than to get a free drink or anything from this place... I pulled up to four cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. The line moved along well and I ordered within about seven minutes, but then I don't know what happened. Everything seemed to stop. The car in front of me at the window took about ten minutes to pull off. I'm guessing they either didn't have the order ready or they messed it up. When I finally got to the window I payed and sat for another five minutes. I have to say, at least my order was right and the donuts I ordered were fresh, but good thing I wasn't in a hurry. read more

I went inside on yesterday and ordered a Veggie White on Flatbread. I paid for the order, went to the ladies room, came back and my order still was not ready. It took another 7-10 minutes to get my order. I took one bite of the Veggie White and it was so NASTY and threw away the rest of it. It was STALE AND TASTE LIKE IT HAD BEEN REHEATED. Customer service is non existent and they move like snails. Dunkin Donut is a franchise and each individual owner can set their prices. I can tell you that this place is a ripoff, compared to other locations. Veggie White at this location is $4.19 and other locations is it $3.14. I will never again visit this location. This is the worse DD I've been to. I've complained to HQ and no reply. They close early all the time. Just went by and they were closed at 9:30 on a Sunday night. Went in on Super Bowl Sunday at 3 PM and there were only three donuts left. Said they had no more. When I asked what flavor one of the donuts was the person behind the counter said he didn't know. Very slow most mornings. Takes at least 5 minutes or more inside to make an iced drink???? Drivethru horrible most days. Ive waited more than 10 minutes and then gone inside to wait another 10. Products most visits are ok but iced coffees are hit or miss. Watery or no cream and sugar as asked. Most have all the mocha in the bottom due to not being mixed. Staff seems to change alot here, but very nice workers. Make the service quicker and train staff on drinks and i would go here more often. read more

Slowest Dunkin ever. I've been here multiple times and it takes forever at the drive thru...and I'm the only one there. When giving my order I have to repeat it multiple times and it's not even a complicated order (iced coffee skim milk & splenda) . It seems like they are always out of something too. I've been to this dunkin for years passing by and while they were bad a few years back they seem to be doing better with the new management. Bu there's still a problem with the workers almost all of them seem dreadful to be there and don't show any sort of friendliness. They don't even greet you properly like any other fast food. I came to this establishment a few days before IT happened. When I came the first time, the cashier was a bit slower and the food took a while to come out. However, it doesn't compare to the next day. The line was pretty long but it started to moving pretty fast. The reason it was moving so fast was because the cashier was rushing everyone's order. My friend, who ordered first, got a donut. However, the cashier was sweating and he wiped his nose then proceeded to get the donut. When I came to register, I ordered a sausage and egg sandwich. Went here this morning before a long drive. The woman speaking at the drove through was very rude. When we pulled up to the window she didn't say a word to us and just grabbed my card. Took forever to get our food after we had already waiting for a while. Then when we opened it up they had given us the wrong bagel after all that. At any rate, this Dunkin Donuts in Accokeek is BY FAR the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to in my entire life!!!! Hands down! Some of the better reviews are from 2012-13 when the store was a little better. Not so anymore. The service SUCKS first of all. I've never seen a drive thru line move so slow, and for what?? These youngins moving all slow, probably all highed up! Then when you receive your order, either it's wrong, cold or nasty! My son made me waste almost five dollars on a croissant sandwich that was obviously toasted to conceal the fact that it was stale! When he bit into the sandwich it literally disintegrated in his hands. Crumbled right on down to the powdered, microwaved egg on the sandwich. Not to mention my latte that tasted like cold milk with no flavor. I'm so BLOWN that I have to drive all the way around the beltway to get coffee, when this place is right in my neighborhood. It was previously owned by an African American man who sold it to an Indian dude. I thought service would change with new management. Not so.... Same ol crappy service. It's so bad that I'm going to be calling corporate to see if they can do something about it. I don't care if it's privately owned. It's a disgrace to have the ONLY drive thru coffee establishment in your area and it SUCKS! Usually an acceptable experience, but I've now been waiting 15 minutes for three boxes of joe that I had ordered for pick up 15 minutes ago. Showed up at 6:40 for a 6:45 pick up and was met with, "you're a little early. We'll try to get your order ready." I have been going to this store weekly for the past year and I have noticed a steep decline in quality and service. Examples are cold/still frozen donuts, poor selection of donuts, poor service/attitudes, and on several occasions the store wasn't even open yet at 7-8 in the morning (scheduled opening at 6). Buyer Beware!!! Recently, I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese Croissant from DD in Accokeek. When I opened the bag and sandwich, a live fly flew out of the sandwich. I contacted the Manager, via phone. I had to repeat the situation at least 5 times and was finally told that they have a problem with flies because the windows were open. I reported them to the health department and corporate DD. I received a call from the Health Dept this morning confirming that DD had been inspected and flies were indeed a problem. They will be inspected again in 7 days. DD Corporate told me that the Accokeek DD was an independent franchise and I should be hearing something from the franchise owner/rep. To date, I've not heard from the franchise owner/rep. However, Corporate DD did follow up with me to see if I was contacted by the franchise owner/rep. At least, Corporate DD was outraged and understood why I would never return to that DD ever again!! I would give this a Zero rating, but it's not an option. read more
