In speaking with Angel, I shared my landscape troubles and he informed me that they also perform onetime cleanup services if I was interested. After receiving and approving the price, Angel scheduled the onetime cleanup and recommended local landscapes for future/long term needs. He even won the favor of Ruger, my rescue dog, who normally barks or hides from men.

Calls are recorded so I really hope they can confirm where things got missed. Customers service reps were professional but that does not excuse the wasted time of scheduling an appointment and leaving work early to have nothing scheduled.
