Calls are recorded so I really hope they can confirm where things got missed. This was a tremendous waste of time and I would highly recommend people look at alternative companies, based on my experience. Customers service reps were professional but that does not excuse the wasted time of scheduling an appointment and leaving work early to have nothing scheduled.

This company scammed me out of $3000. I needed to remove dirt out of my front yard. They dropped…read moreoff their dumpster and asked me if I was moving all of the dirt. I said yes. They said well you can only fill it up to this line, a line that was spay painted in black on a black dumpster and not even in a straight line. There was nothing on their website about dirt removal being a problem or too heavy. I loaded the dumpster up to the line. A couple of days later they came to pick up the dumpster and said they cant pick it up its too heavy and that I need to remove some dirt. I said I work the next 3 days 12 hour shifts, what am I suppose to do? They didnt help me at all instead they charged me by the day. On my next day off I removed more dirt. They came again, a couple of days later. They again said it was too heavy and I need to remove more dirt. I stated again I do not have the time I have to work. They didnt seem to care and again charged me by the day. On my next day off I removed more dirt well below the barely visible black spray painted line, again that was painted on a black surface. When they were finally able to take the dumpster they said that I owed them $3,000. I called and tried to tell them what happened but they didnt care. If I were you I would call another company and stay away from this one. I also explained to them that I was in paramedic school and working in the ER and I didnt have a lot of free time or money, just trying to clean up my front yard but they didnt care at all. I removed 8 tons of concrete with a waste management dumpster. I was quoted $850, was not told…read moreabout fees and such. I assumed that was the price since I was quoted that. I got a bill for $1,250. I called and asked why they added 45% of the bill in extra fees, even though their website said 20%. I called and asked why the two things conflicted and the woman who I was speaking to in construction department was very rude. I waited a month to get an answer back, all the while they were adding late fees to my bill. They had multiple notes on my account, such as they pulled the call and discovered I was never told about any fees, but they did nothing about adjusting the price. I spoke with a different woman multiple times who was very helpful, but eventually she said that in the notes the person who makes the decision about price adjustment said that they would do nothing about adjusting the price and I just had to pay. I still have not heard anything back about why their website says 20% fees but they charged 45% and it has been about 2 months. CALL EMPIRE CONTRACTORS - They quoted me $450 for 8 tons of concrete (I still have about 10 tons left) I just wish I had known about them in the first place!!
