Owner, Chris, is going thru a divorce and he f$cked everything up. They never showed, no call. Chris said his soon-to-be ex, "probably" took me off the books. Showed up the next day (actually pushed for Monday) with 3 men but "no truck!" I even had to use my personal vehicle, gas, and wear on the car. Then they over charged me and still no one will tell me why. Chris finally said don't talk to me, I wasn't there! That's the owners response!!! NEVER, NEVER, and I mean NEVER use Clutter Brothers. P.S. they never finished the job, they left things in my storage unit.....value: Sucks!!!

An hour into the time frame that they were supposed to arrive I called to confirm that the estimate was scheduled. They said they had absolutely no record of my scheduled appointment. Customers service reps were professional but that does not excuse the wasted time of scheduling an appointment and leaving work early to have nothing scheduled.

Suddenly the job went to $2200, over $500 over our highest quote. We were told this was for "extra materials" for the mosaic tiles. We decided to go back to using just regular tile and somehow their price didn't change. Kelly said the $1200 price increase was due to they needed materials - Hardie Backer & Thin Set. Please see photos below. 15 square feet of Hardie Backer is $9.97 at Floor & Decor. Deluxe All-Set is $36.99 for a 50 lb bag. When we asked for a re-quote they "respectfully" bowed out of the job.
