The food there is amazing and I absolutely love the coffee the BLTs are so good and the owner is such a wonderful guy

The buffalo hollandaise sauce is an interesting idea. I definitely enjoyed my egg dish. The pancakes and syrup were kind of "meh". Not a lot of flavor. I ordered blueberry and she brought out plain. I said I would eat them anyway. She apologized and took the coffee off my bill. Coffee wasn't great either. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. I would go back for her alone! read more

Great little breakfast place just up the road from where I live. It's unassuming from the outside, a storefront in a small strip mall. The front window is painted with a cute mural. The food is very reasonably priced, and the menu has good variety and frequent changes to the specials. The coffee variety is also unexpectedly wide, and I particularly like the Snowflake coffee. I've tried many things here, including omelettes, pancakes, and breakfast sandwiches of various kinds, all good. I particularly recommend the Hangover Breakfast Sandwich, which is the best breakfast sandwich I've had anywhere, and reasonable to get to-go and eat in the car without making a mess. read more

Our last morning of a weekend trip we decided here for breakfast. It was on our way from Swansea mass to Salem. This place was small and quirky and in the middle of a plaza that looks old as time itself. But the atmosphere is warm inviting and they have a true passion for the food they make. Munchies is a great little place. Food is good but the service by waitress Gayle is the best in the city. She is always smiling and friendly. This place would really have a problem if this girl wasn't there. She keeps your coffee full and never rushes you out and never screws up your order. She is a tremendous asset to this restaurant. I go 3-5 times a week only when she works. read more

This place is amazing. Jesse and his father can whip up breakfast or lunch within minutes. I Eat breakfast here every Monday & Friday, and have been for 4 years. I've been going with my father, I now take my daughter & wife. Gale has been my waitress every time, and I wouldn't want any other (all the staff is good). She has the biggest heart I've seen in someone. They also do deliveries if your local which comes in handy if your to lazy to get out of bed. read more

***Updated 11/19/2016*** Called at 11:30am to try another delivery. The lady mentioned to me over the phone that Whomever was at my delivery address cursed at their driver and cursed at the lady over the phone during the previous delivery incident. and supposedly per the Dunk N Munch 'big boss' They are not allowed to deliver to my address any longer. After this message the lady hung up on me over the phone. I tried to call back to correct their information as clearly it was false. The lady just rambled on about how its MA - law that they can refuse service to anyone they deem fit (which is fine) However Dunk N Munch, what you are claiming and what actually transpired are two different things one is fact and what you are claiming is fiction. It's too bad that none of your phone lines are recorded nor was there a camera at the front door so we can just play it back for you. If this is how you treat your customers because you get mad that your deliveries were 2 hours late and you would rather defend bad service and make up false accusations that is fine. No hair loss of my back for not doing business with you. ***This is just a review/comment about my recent delivery experience with Dunk N Munch.*** A couple of weeks ago, we ordered delivery at 08:30 am and the food never came after an hour wait (had to cancel cause I would be late for work). Today 11/6. We ordered right when they allow for deliveries and the food did not show up till bordeline 2hrs. 8:33a(call time) - 10:20a(arrival of food) I understand that deliveries can be busy. However a 2-hr wait time for a breakfast and coffee is a little disappointing. Especially when its Fall and the driver did not have an insulated case to keep any of the food or coffee warm. Yes we can cook our own food however for days when time is short and you opt for convenience. Waiting 1 - 2hrs for warm food is really somewhat unacceptable. read more

Went to this restaurant the other day. The alarm for the entire plaza was going on & off for @1 hour. I waited in my car for it to stop. I took a chance & went in. The alarm workers were there. All of a sudden they went in the back, instead of turning it off, now it was on constantly!!! It was unbelievable. I had to put tissues in my ears to block the alarm! I couldn't believe how well the waitress, Gail, handled the commotion. After another hour, the alarm was finally shut off! This restaurant is really fortunate to have such a good waitress. read more

Good service, good food for the price point. I had the workout egg white omelette with steak and feta. My wife got the eggs Benedict breakfast. Good food but lacks any special ambiance. Looks like on the inside just what it is on the outside, a strip mall restaurant. Overall not a bad spot for a cheap good tasting brunch. read more

When I'm looking for a delicious and inexpensive breakfast I go straight to Dunk-N-Munch. Their food is always prepared just the way I wanted and the flavors are amazing. I was a very happy customer who ordered delivery from Dunk n Munch once every week or two until one random day they said I lived too far for delivery. I live literally 4 miles away, driving down the same street, which is about a 10 minute drive. So where DO they deliver? Only if you live across the street?? Great job on losing a regular customer. read more
