I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. I get breakfast here a lot and the food itself is good (when issues aren't constantly arising). However, with that being said the service is awful and the quality of the once decent food is starting to decline. I received a room temp Coffee Milk today and upon asking for a replacement or refund, received an attitude from the server. Instead of an apology or even expressing concern, she went back and forth with me about what time she poured the milk, that it was hot outside, etc... I've ordered this exact meal plenty of times and have never received room temp milk, even on a hot day. Didn't ask for my name or order number, just said I would get a refund and then hung up on me (this was for a delivery order). I had to call back to clarify if they had my information or not. My eggs were overdone and I've started to notice some days they will fill both small sections of the takeout container with hashbrowns completely, and some days there's barely any in there. There is no consistency at this place anymore. After 2 years of ordering from this location I have started to dwindle down how much I order from here because of the ongoing quality issues. After being given room temp milk and then an attitude for reporting it, I think this was the last time I order from here at all. read more

Nice that there's a parking lot, but even if that were full, there's plenty of street parking. It's bigger inside than I thought, the dining area is roomy and bright. Our server was quick, attentive, and friendly. Lots of variety on the menu plus a good specials list. Unfortunately, they where out of pumpkin pancakes, but the apples and cinnamon French toast was a good second choice! My mom didn't want the eggs that came with her meal, so they put them on a small plate for me (bc I've never met an egg I didn't like!). Prices were fair for the quality and quantity. Very small breakfast joint!! Makes it very quaint and homey! They were great to accommodate a big group with no problems at all! The food was fantastic! Didn't take long to come and great portions. I work full time for an ambulance company in Fall River, and we have been loyal customers to the same diner right down the road from this place for years. The only problem is that the other place is cash only, and this IS the 21st century. When Dunk N Munch opened, we figured that we would give it a try. We were definitely NOT disappointed! The food is good and the priced are not bad either. I especially like the deep fried little homefries, they are all crunchy and delicious. My only complaint is that coffee is not included with any of the meals, and at $1.99 it is a bit pricey. Other than that I like it! read more

So excited to have a breakfast spot that has delicious food and also FREE DELIVERY. The prices are fair and so far no complaints on what I've ordered. So far we've tried most breakfast items, the home fries are excellent, eggs always cooked exactly as ordered. I've had the fish and chips which was also really good. No fishy smell and nice flaky white fish. The batter is just how I like it too, not too greasy and its a not a 'shell' its a nice light coating. The grilled cheese w/ tomato is also good. You wouldn't believe how hard it's been to find a place that uses sliced bread for their clubs and other sandwiches (I love clubs on white toast) so I am very happy we gave DNM a shot. Fast and friendly delivery service. I think I order from here about 3 times a week since they've opened this location. So my order was an hour late, the BLT I ordered was a complete mess in a wrapper thrown in the bottom of the bag. The food was cold. And they added egg to my BLT. No where on the order form did it say a BLT has egg. I don't eat eggs. BLT is a pretty straight forward sandwich, unless you add to ask for extras. So I spent 16 dollars on complete trash. I didn't want to reorder, in case it took another hour, or it came just as shitty as the first time. How about taking some pride in your product. This is also the second time they fucked up my order. There are few good hole in the wall restaurants left in the city that you can go to and not feel out of place because you can't speak Portuguese and this is one. I can only speak for the breakfast but I can say it is very underpriced for the quality and quantity that you get. Staff has always been nice. It is a quiet little spot in a pretty busy area but you would never know it by how it sounds or looks inside. I only rate it a 4 star right now because I have yet to try the lunch. So I have been wanting to stop by since the day it opened. Just honestly have not had the time. Well today I did and will probably be my last time unfortunately. I asked for the cinnamon french toast and to my disappointment it was plain and just drowned in cinnamon liquid and a pile of whipped cream. I was honestly hoping for the french toast to have had cinnamon all inside but it wasn't. As well as i think its pre cooked. Why have it all cut up on the plate? My guest then ordered the hungover hash it had GREAT flavor but the consistency of the hash overall was a mushy texture....try maybe grilling it to give a crispy texture? Service......SLOW took a while to bring drinks then took forever to get a bill. When we finally walked to the counter someone else had to check us out. I messaged Yelp Eat24 and was told they had more deliveries then expected but the food would be there soon,The food did not get here until 12:50 after a rude call from the driver.I can see 5 or 10 minutes late but 40 is really not acceptable.Food was lukewarm and soggy.I messaged the restaurant with my concerns but did not receive a reply. The food had improved quite significantly: much more seasoned and the omelettes were cooked to perfection. I've had breakfast and linch here and it has always been very good. The wait staff has always been very friendly, curtious, helpful, and efficient. The menu has many different items to choose from and you can get breakfast all day long. Their only downfall is that they are only open until 2:00 PM but are there 7 days a week. Their food is generaly cooked to order but always quick. The portions are very well for the priice which is reasonable. I've never had a bad meal there. They also do catering service and delivery (at no extra charge). I prefer their N main St location over the Rodman St location but Rodman is a little larger. Either place you cannot go wrong. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I very rarely give any place a perfect rating, there's always room for improvement. I love the dunk n munch on N. Main street, and used to make the drive up there for a hospitable, reasonable breakfast, than dunknmunch 2 opened up right around the corner from my house. I've been here about 10 times , but mostly just because of the convenience. The wait staff is generally not that good, the place is NEVER busy, but they never seem to come by to refill coffee or check on meals unless you flag them down. The food isnt as good either, but the same reasonable prices. I wish they would take a note from N. Main st, because if i could get that breakfast in the south end, i'd be there every day! read more
