I was not too happy that there was a 12 hour window that I was expected to keep my driveway completely open for the delivery of the dumpster. Equally, I was told that I would get a call when the dumpster was enroute, and was surprised when the driver showed up with no warning. But she was very friendly and the dumpster was placed no problem. The company gave me 10 days for a flat rate which I was very happy about. Equally, they took electronics, and I got to ditch some outdated televisions, that treadmill the wife never used (she got a gym membership), and a ton of old furniture that we were going to refurbish, but never did. This is the reason I gave them 3 stars instead of 4. I called on a Tuesday to get the dumpster picked up on Wednesday. I was told that there was a 12 hour window that the dumpster might be picked up Wednesday OR Thursday, and that the driveway was expected to be clear, and the driver may OR may not call ahead, and if there was a car blocking the dumpster, I could be charged $150 without the driver making any effort to see if any one could move the obstacle. I asked about that and was told "some drivers may just take a picture and move on." I found that to be extremely unfair as I have a small driveway, and my wife, and two kids, and my self all have cars. With that, we had to park on the street in the case that the driver came at any point. Unfortunately, the dumpster was not picked up on Wednesday, and when I called, the young lady on the phone was NOT sympathetic, even though I was very polite in my concerns. Overall, I feel that I have given the company a fair rating. I think that in the future, I would use this company if I didn't have to worry about keeping one side of my driveway open for an extended period of time

What should have been a quick and straightforward task turned into a time-consuming and costly effort, as I had to hire extra help to carefully and strategically load all of the construction debris accounting for every bit of space in order to fit into a smaller container. While the company did eventually refund the price difference between the 30 and 40-yard dumpsters, they offered no compensation for the added time and labor I had to incur due to their error. There was no gesture of professional courtesy or attempt to make the situation right beyond the overcharge refund. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how a company responds to those mistakes that truly defines their customer service. In this case, Budget Dumpster fell short. I expected better. Had they attempted to make it right, I would truly consider using them again knowing because I would have praised their integrity. They did not show any integrity. Not a company I would support. It's not all about the money. It's about customer service which this company has shown they lacked in my case.

Upon receiving the estimate, I confirmed with Junk King that I wanted to have them remove the items. They provided me with a date and they showed up on time and removed the items quickly, efficiently, and in a friendly manner. They did a good job of cleaning up after they removed the items.
