The fellow I spoke with became belligerent and told me that when the tenants signed the contract, it stated that they're not responsible for damage and he also told me he did not need my permission as the owner of the property to place the dumpster on my property. Hmmmmm. He will respond to this (as on Google) to the tune of, I didn't have the right to contact him because I wasn't on the contract...NEWS FLASH! Are you ready? You HAVE to ask whether the person getting the dumpster owns the property especially if you plan on destroying their property then neglecting to take responsibility. Next he will make some claim that I put hazardous waist in the bin. Again more BS. The wee after the dumpster was removed I hired a company to the same task. They did not get their license from a cracker jack box and we're able to put the dumpster on the cement and not destroying my lawn. They are better dumpster companies out there. Do not use this one.

What should have been a quick and straightforward task turned into a time-consuming and costly effort, as I had to hire extra help to carefully and strategically load all of the construction debris accounting for every bit of space in order to fit into a smaller container. While the company did eventually refund the price difference between the 30 and 40-yard dumpsters, they offered no compensation for the added time and labor I had to incur due to their error. There was no gesture of professional courtesy or attempt to make the situation right beyond the overcharge refund. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how a company responds to those mistakes that truly defines their customer service. In this case, Budget Dumpster fell short. I expected better. Had they attempted to make it right, I would truly consider using them again knowing because I would have praised their integrity. They did not show any integrity. Not a company I would support. It's not all about the money. It's about customer service which this company has shown they lacked in my case.
