When the time frame was about to pass & I called & phone lady put in a request for an e.t.a. & said someone would get back to me & no one did but, a half hour later Driver man pulled up, and with humor announced that he doesn't do technology. He showed me he had been sent this job, this morning, & was sitting around bc he "won't click on stuff" on his ph - they have to "write it out or call me". This was not humorous to me bc it affected the people's work that I was paying to wait for this dumpster. // Also, was charged for being over weight. Saw this mentioned on other reviews & it's been suggested it's a scam. IDK about that, can't prove anything, but them keeping my card on file 120 days I'm not crazy about. // Also was bombarded with enormous amount of email and text that was overkill. Give me the rules once, I got it. Very annoying. I will not call again.

What should have been a quick and straightforward task turned into a time-consuming and costly effort, as I had to hire extra help to carefully and strategically load all of the construction debris accounting for every bit of space in order to fit into a smaller container. While the company did eventually refund the price difference between the 30 and 40-yard dumpsters, they offered no compensation for the added time and labor I had to incur due to their error. There was no gesture of professional courtesy or attempt to make the situation right beyond the overcharge refund. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how a company responds to those mistakes that truly defines their customer service. In this case, Budget Dumpster fell short. I expected better. Had they attempted to make it right, I would truly consider using them again knowing because I would have praised their integrity. They did not show any integrity. Not a company I would support.
