I took a 3 piece bathroom and walk-in closet down to studs (120sq ft total), and it was almost exactly the right size. I filled that thing -- I mean REALLY filled it, with cast iron pipe, plaster board, plywood, framing, tile, glass -- all manner of heavy stuff, and I was within the weight limit. I can't imagine what it'd take to be heavy enough to get charged extra. For my next renovation, I'll be using Chuck-It again.
