Prompt and timely service. Considering the job is best described as "DIRTY" the employees were uniform and neat in their appearance. At initial contact they specifically explained the entire process from beginning to end. The stated arrival time for the job site was exact and the time frame to complete the job even came in slightly quicker than anticipated. The only regret I have is that I spent 2 evenings getting quotes from other companies that were not as through or anywhere near the professional acumen from the local Junk King representatives. Did not break any items that were not leaving the home (Your competitor knocked my gutters off the home when leaving the property). Walked me through the areas that were cleaned after they were done.
