I've used quality Clean over 10 years ago since then I have been out of Ohio and moved to Florida and when I got back I got a condo and it had Ivory carpet which I did not want but with money being what it is I was not able to get rid of it and in the meantime I've had so many things going on that I ended up almost ruining the carpet but he came in and he did three rooms for me a bedroom dining room and a living room and the cost was phenomenal and he did an excellent job to the point where the carpet does not need to be changed at this time I can't recommend him enough because his job in the past when I lived here before was nothing less than almost perfect could not take an old carpet and make it as a good looking as he did and his work ethics is fantastic he's easy to talk with he's easy to explain and he understands what you want there's just not enough words to explain how dedicated he is to doing an excellent job for you . read more

Service was great. Nothing unexpected. They listened to what I wanted done and were respectful and thorough. My carpets haven't looked better since they were new. Other company's we've used were in and out in 1/2 hr. Quality Clean took their time to do the job right. A week later, carpets still look great. I had my sofa and 2 rooms of carpeting cleaned today by Van. I am so pleased with the job he did. I had black marker on my couch from one of my grandchildren coloring and left it in the cushion and then I tryed to clean it up myself - smearing it. Van was able to clean this up and my couch looks fabulous. The two rooms he cleaned are my most used rooms and one of them is a very light berber ( this room is what we call the man room- very, very stained ). Both rooms look and smell fantastic.
