A week later I had a quick visit for an estimate from the owner and went with it--price was in the area of the other estimate I received. I had two bathrooms cleaned and sealed with very minimal re-grouting over the course of two weeks (one tub/shower and one tile shower). Both only took about half a day each. The worker left with no mold or mildew remaining whatsoever, everything cleaned, and everything resealed as it should have been. Both areas look great! Now I'm feeling much more comfortable in the shower.

Mel returned the following week and although he couldn't find a matching tile he brought one that he thought he could cut to fit and it would be "close." He started caulking the shower and then I noticed he did not have the color we had agreed upon and was applying a grey caulk where white was to go. He said they didn't have the matching color. His application in the shower was leaving open gaps and it was smeared over the tiles. When I pointed out the gaps he went over it with white caulk so on the same line I have white and grey caulk. He was supposed to return the next day and was a no show. Didn't return my calls. I'm left with damage to the bathroom and have to start over again this time with the added expense of repairing what they damaged. I've never experienced such poor quality work and lack of professionalism!

Im still amazed! My living room/hall has cream carpet that sustained more than a few accidents. I had spot cleaned a large coffee stain and multiple cat vomit areas, are you getting the picture? Gross. I thought it was hopeless. I just wasn't optimistic as another company cleaned several years back..fumes were terrible and it was still stained. But then my cat was sprayed by a skunk and ran on the carpet, so I had to make a call. Joe listened to my carpet woes gave me a solution and I scheduled. I like the email reminder and 'in route' text notification you get. So Joe shows up ready to clean/deodorize and my attitude was "do what you can, I don't expect a lot", then I let him work. Later, as he was cleaning up I took a peek and Im pretty sure my jaw dropped. The carpet looked brand new and smelled fresh. Stains, totally gone! Days later it still looks great and is even soft!! Joe and Jason just completed a grout clean & seal for us yesterday. My wife and I are very happy with the work and results. Joe took the time to stick around and wait for my wife to get home from work because she had some additional questions for him and he was gracious enough to give us all of the information we needed. His prices are fair and reasonable. He and Jason are both very personable and easy to deal with. They were on time for both our initial estimate visit as well as our appointment to perform the work. Oh, and Joe, the grout in the bathroom/hallway lightened up a lot more than it did when you initially did the test spot so that made me very happy! Great job! I I interviewed several well known carpet cleaning companies and then came across a local company called A Kleener Image from Brunswick, OH. It was great to receive an inquiry call back from the owner, Joe, who gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and compare estimates. I decided that during these trying Covid times I felt it important to support a local business. I had a very large job which included carpet cleaning, grout cleaning and sealing and large area rugs to be cleaned. Joe was on the job working hard and when he was finished I could not believe how incredible everything looked and how new! He was even able to remove five year old stains from spilled drinks and cat mishaps. There was plenty of communication regarding arrival time, the process of cleaning our carpets and his 30 day guarantee.
