Using this company was the worst financial decision we have ever made…read more First off, they no-showed on our moving day after calling the night before to confirm everything. They then showed up 2 hours late to the rescheduled moving date the next day, which was our last day of possession. During the move broke my nicest TV, gashed our Kitchen table, and marked up our nice living room furniture, all while putting 2 holes in our walls in the new house. They then sent a claims person to the house to assess damage, and after being told we would get the TV and table replaced and the couches professionally cleaned, they came up with a claim of $168 along with an NDA. The workers were smoking weed on the job around our newborn and they used profane language the entire day around my wife. They only brought one dolly, and "forgot" their packaging tape and toolbox, so they used my tools and tape for our move, but still charged us for the extra hours needed to make the move. Probably 50% of the boxes were in the wrong location in the house, with a stack of 6 upstairs master bedroom and master closet boxes in the basement. Our patio furniture was scattered in the grass in the back yard, and several boxes labelled "fragile" with arrows pointing to the top of the box were upside down or laying on their side. The company is standing firm on their $168 claim offer and invited me to write all the reviews I want and to share my experience. Stay away from this company, they are an absolute nightmare.

When I asked Kelvin to move a Hamilton studio upright piano from Elyria to Euclid, Ohio ( a 30-mile…read moretrip) he gave me a very reasonable $350 quote. I hesitated a bit, thinking that maybe they would not have enough movers, so he then said he would be sure to have 4 men, but requested $400. That was still very reasonable, much less than other movers I called. He arrived a week later with the truck, 3 other men, many straps to keep the piano stable in the truck. What amazed me was that he then proceeded to wrap my 60-year old piano in plastic, further protecting it from damage. The men were super polite, and they made the transport within an hour, moving into my friend's home flawlessly. I highly recommend this outstanding team! Just one more item: I did prepare a written contract with the agreed-upon quote and delivery address. Kelvin gladly signed it, keeping his copy and returning mine. This gave me peace of mind that I might not have had otherwise when hiring someone I did not know.
