Was referred to this practice after a metal file had broken off in my molar during a root canal…read moreprocedure. I was seen by Dr. Verma and he did a thorough examination of my tooth. The depth of the metal file indicated I had two options. Option 1 was to remove my entire tooth to get to the metal file and do an implant. Option 2 was to extract my tooth, hoping the tooth doesn't crack and the metal file comes out with the tooth. Dr. Verma indicated the success rate for option 2 is usually 70-80% successful. I went with Option 2 and Dr. Verma told the front staff that he wanted to be the one to do the procedure. I came back a few days later for the procedure. Dr. Verma patiently and slowly broke my tooth away from the rest of my mouth (took some time to ensure the tooth didn't break). He then removed the metal file by drilling it out. The tooth was re-inserted into my gums (sorry not sure on all the terminology) and he said everything went well. I had shared the news of the procedure with some of my relatives and family and they were amazed about the procedure as most had never heard of a tooth being extracted and re-inserted. I had a follow up appointment and Dr. Verma examined my tooth after 2 weeks and removed my sutures as everything was healing nice. Really good job and he took great care to save my tooth. Highly recommend this practice!

They also explained that there billing was done off site, but because of the amount of complaints they were receiving they decided to do it in house instead. Glad to see the change and that they seemed to have a genuine desire to make the situation right. I have since referred my sons mother to the practice.

I had great experiences during all 4 visits with Dr. Cheron and his staff (consult, root canal, and two bleaching follow-ups). The front desk staff were welcoming and went over the costs with me ahead of time. I was very nervous for the procedure but Dr. Cheron and his assistant Tanae were skilled and caring that I didn't feel any discomfort besides some expected pressure and vibrations. I experienced no pain after the root canal, no issues with eating/drinking, and my tooth's color had visible improvements within 24 hours. During the procedure, Dr. Cheron kept me updated on his progress and what he is seeing, and did multiple X-rays to check his work before moving on. I was able to see before and after X-rays of my tooth by the end of the treatment. I was very impressed with the level of care, communication, and transparency I received as a patient. Like other reviews mentioned, they will play music of your choice during the procedure; initially I thought this was just for fun, but it actually helped me to relax more.

I went to the place believing we would discuss options. Everyone was in such a rush. I was on the phone with my FSA and was asked multiple questions even after I said I was occupied. I had my child's dentist send x rays prior to the appt. I was shocked when they said she needed x rays. Then they showed me the cost and I reiterated that the child already had x rays/panoramic sent over. The assistant proceeded to say they aren't the same as what they need to do. It was then that she mentioned a cat scan. The doctor came quickly. He spoke only to my 11 year old and asked for HER consent to the root canal. I let him know that she can't consent and that I have questions. I included questions about her age plus the invasiveness of a root canal. He assured me root canals last a long time and discouraged an extraction. When I received the massive estimate for a root canal on her tooth, plus the cat scan and his evaluation (he never touched the chid). I let them know I wasn't prepared for that cost nor a root canal that day. And asked for an explanation of the cost. The doctor walked away as the office manager broke down the fees. When I mentioned the extraction and the risk of the root canal failing (the cavity is very deep) the office manager said he would bring the doctor back in to talk with me. They were about 8 feet from my. The manager reiterated what he said and the doctor outright refused to come back to speak with me and said we could do the extraction of we didn't want the root canal.
