Then a dentist insisted on doing an xray that I did not ask for and did not want. Finally I went to the front desk, where I found out that my teeth were not cleaned, the dentist I saw was incapable of doing anything for implants, I had to come back to get what I made an appointment for today, and I owed $184 for getting essentially nothing done. This is either incompetence, a scam to get more than one appointment, or both. I won't be coming back to this practice, and neither should you.

It began with noticing that cleanings were becoming rushed and incomplete -- sometimes it felt like no real cleaning was done at all. Over time, that lack of thoroughness became the norm. The final straw came with a serious issue involving a financing plan for my son's treatment. Although I agreed to an 18-month, no-interest plan, the office enrolled me in a 24-month plan with 26% interest. It took me four stressful weeks and numerous calls and emails (many unanswered) to get it fixed. At one point, I was even told the account could only be canceled if I opened a new one, which felt coercive and unprofessional. As a Deaf patient, I rely on email communication, yet messages often went ignored. Two years later, I still haven't received the final statement or an explanation for the mysterious $125 credit that I was supposedly owed. Our new dentist also questioned the amount of work that was recommended here -- and several of my son's fillings had to be redone because they had fallen out, costing us $750 out of pocket. I'm sharing this so others know to review their paperwork carefully, confirm financing terms, and keep all communication in writing.

Upon arrival, she let them know she's here for a cleaning which is covered by her insurance. The dentist, Dr. Ian Milton, saw my mom for 5 minutes and took, what my mom described as, "a million X-rays". Susan, identified as "admin" on their website, and Carolina, a hygienist, came in afterwards and told my mom she needed gum treatment and various other procedures. My mom let them know she was scheduled to get her gum treatment next week. They asked for proof. (What???) They continued to push off the light cleaning, stating it could be done another time, and eventually said all of her teeth would likely fall out soon. My mom got a deep cleaning a few months ago and diligently takes care of her teeth. (So again- what??????) My mom went in at 1:50 for a 2:00 appointment with no wait time and ended up leaving at 3. Susan and Carolina badgered my mom for an hour about treatments she didn't need. My mom left without getting a cleaning. Horrible experience will never be back.

The office is very clean and the waiting room is very comfortable and roomy . I have been very picky going to a dentist, but this visit with Dr. Gollapalli has changed that perception. Perfectly so, she was as gentle as the name of her practice says. She is well experienced in her field and had spent a great amount of time with me explaining my procedures. I have had my root canal and crowns done, including an extraction. However, I began experiencing pain from that tooth and attempted to contact the office for assistance. Despite having medical clearance from my OB/GYN, confirming that it is safe for me to undergo routine dental care during pregnancy, the office refused to see me solely because I am pregnant. Additionally, when I requested a copy of my X-ray so I could seek treatment from another dentist, the office stated it would take a few days because they "have stuff to do", delaying my ability to receive timely care. The front office personnel said her name was Kelly although I'm not sure if she gave her real name. I still haven't received a copy of my X-ray to take to another dentist who was willing to see me. We were trying to minimize another X-ray since I just took one but the office is uncooperative. The front office staff were extremely unprofessional and rude during my interactions. They repeatedly hung up the phone on me and refused to provide a clear explanation for the refusal. I had to use another phone number for them to pick up my phone. I believe this behavior was unjustified, discriminatory, and unprofessional, and does not meet the standards expected of licensed dental professionals
