We drove by without stopping so many times because it didn't seem like they have food. Turns out they have a fantastic charcuterie board and some other items (see menu photo) available. We haven't taken any of their bottles home yet but I really enjoyed the wines we've tried. They also have a big deck which has an AMAZING view. I definitely recommend that view. The indoor area looks comfortable as well but we're still preferring to dine outside. The only downside of outdoors is that we had to cut our first visit (in late August) short because there were way too many wasps checking out our food. Thankfully we didn't see any when we visited in late October. The employees have been nice so far. I prefer it when they stop by with the next bottle on our tasting list because it's much more convenient than having to walk indoors each time we empty our glass (which doesn't take long when it's a small tasting pour). Looking forward to visiting them again when the warmer weather returns.

The drive alone through Les Collines Vineyard up to their barn was beautiful. We were warmly greeted by Laura and she took us down to the barrel room for barrel tasting and was very knowledgeable about the whole process and history of Garrison Creek. Back up in the tasting room there was a small plate of cheese and crackers as we finished our tasting with delicious wines. Since it was a private tasting with our family only, Laura even let our son sit on the fork lift when he definitely enjoyed. Overall, the experience was great and well worth the $25 fee that is also waived with bottle purchase. Beautiful grounds, great wine, and friendly service... exactly what a wine tasting should be.

My favorite wine that day was the Ralph E Nichols, he was the owner's grandfather, and it's a wonderful red blend with Malbec, Cab Franc, Merlot, and Cab Sauv. I didn't purchase any bottles, as I had a carry-on, but I may need to plan my visits to accomodate a few bottles! Next time I'm in the area and I'm done early, I'm heading this way!

The employee was very nice and chatted with us more and more as the tasting progressed. The front area tables were all occupied when we arrived so they set up additional tables in the barrel room and opened up the wall/door so we could sit in there. The cool room felt wonderful on a hot day. They had outdoor seating set up but it was too hot out there. At least some of the other visitors appeared to be regulars. One couple apparently likes bringing in treats (like a chocolate bar) to share with everyone each time they visit so we enjoyed a surprise piece of dark chocolate. Overall it was a lovely visit.
