I believe we met the owner. She gave us the best price for the freshest, tastiest pastry assortment box. I cannot believe how fast we inhaled everything. Freshness is of the utmost importance with baked goods. Dulcet Gourmet scored off the charts for us. A very special thanks to the owner for treating her customers like royalty. Beautiful place!

Great service, and best bagel with cream cheese I've ever had. Seriously can't recommend enough. The taro boba is delicious and so was the plain glazed doughnut I got. Overall awesome experience.

We've been going here for years. The family that owns it is so sweet and kind. Their donuts are delicious. Not overly cakey. They're light and cakey (and I'm not a fan of dense, cakey donuts). It's your casual, corner donut store that's always busy. They'll always be my go-to for donuts!

Great local donut shop with a wide variety! The staff here is friendly, but it gets very busy so prepare to wait. I took off a star due to the small parking lot, but it's usually not too difficult to get a spot in the lot or along Vanowen St.

Amazing donut hole eat more and more. People friendly and clean. Wonderful little shop.

Very good tasting donuts! A coworker got 3 dozen donuts for us today and some of them were very colorful! One had some red pearls (sugar-based, that is!) on them with pink frosting. We'll definitely use them again when we need a donut treat in the office. Looks like they have some great pastry chefs there. I ended up taking home a bunch of the donuts and put them in the freezer in aluminum foil!

Not coming back. We used to come by at this donut shop, haven't been there for awhile and thought stop by and buy a dozen donuts to our friends house. While waiting and checking out the donuts, saw cockroaches ... wasn't sure I should buy from here, since the lady was in front of me, I decided to get three donuts instead of a dozen. We used to see the regular Vietnamese lady and don't see her anymore, wonder ownership has changed. For now, we will not be going there.

Truly the best little donut shop for a quick snack and to satisfy cravings with simply delicious sweets. I was craving some donuts today and swung by to pick up one (which of course turned into a few extras for the family) and I have zero regrets. Their classic sprinkle donuts are fantastic! Just dipped mine in some coffee and it made my day. The lady running the shop is also super sweet and patient, which is great if you're like me, indecisive, spending a few minutes choosing. Going to return tomorrow to try out a fruity pebble donut!

Coffee. Black. No cream, no sugar. Because I'm already sweet.

Provender: this is a fantastic mom-and-pop joint that serves Donuts breakfast sandwiches coffee and much much more. The staff were incredibly friendly and they were all wearing masks during this covid-19 pandemic. He had a wide selection of donuts and breakfast sandwiches. I highly recommend stopping by and picking up a few donuts or breakfast sandwiches from this place. Prices: very reasonable. A coffee and breakfast sandwich will cost you around $5-6. You can view my photos to see the sandwich and coffee. Parking: decent spots and also street parking. Although it's located in a little, corner shopping plaza, but you'll probably be able to find a spot. It's best to enter traveling west on Vanowen St. or South on Platt Ave. People: fun for all. I mean . . . who doesn't like donuts? Mmm, donut. Perks: if you're going to use your credit card there's a $5 minimum, which seems pretty reasonable. Otherwise, they charge a small transaction fee. They offer jalapenos on your breakfast if you like to live dangerously. The coffee is on the left side of the counter when you walk in and it's self serve.

In heaven

My son was craving a chocolate doughnut with sprinkles and he loved every moment of eating it when he got home.

Best muffins in town. The donuts are awesome, too. Above all, it is owned and run by a very nice family. We come here often.

Holy smokes, I'm so happy to have found this spot. What a local gem. Food is very yummy and…read morespecial, the entire menu has something for everyone. Nut free, gluten free is rare. This place is a hit. Try one of each and everything. I love that the sweets are not too sweet, the bagels are fantastic. No matter what you try you won't be disappointed. It's one of those that maked you wanna come back for more. Good quality oils, chocolate was super yummy. I wish they used dark chocolate in the "croissants " but still a big smile on anyone's face who tried them. Service I will say could use more smiles. I wish it was perhaps a bit friendlier but that's okay. Someone may have had an off day. Hopefully better next time. Ambience is cozy, even date worthy. Everything on display was picture perfect.

Was feeling indulgent so I went with the special stuffed pastrami Smoked salmon bagel - basically a warmed up pull apart bagel stuffed with smoked salmon, cream cheese, green onions - heavenly. I got the latke tots as well to round out my carb fest - they are good, little latkes dusted with parmesan and chives with alioi to dip in. Yeah, that was a lot. Maybe I'll go back to my regular Smoked salmon bagel or eggs next time.

I wished there was a little more veggies such as tomatoes and mushroom and less of the greens. Maybe next time I need to let them know. Hector was our server. Such a nice and polite gentlemen. There was couple of hiccups that didn't bother us but it was nice if it was handled differently. They forgot to bring the bread for our food. Since it was my first time I didn't think it would come with bread. Hector forgot to bring and their other staff member realized it. They came and apologized and brought us our bread but our food was done by then and we actually went to purchase croissant for carb addition. Anyways what we didn't appreciate about our experience and was so uncomfortable was the chief. She came to our table and her intention was only to get the server in trouble and catch an error for him. She said who was your server and when I told her she said ok I thought so and left. She then left and you can tell she got mad at him and said something cause then he came and apologized to us for forgetting the bread. I kept telling my husband this is so u comfortable we didn't even say anything or show reactions. we told hector don't even worry about it but please know we didn't say anything to get you in trouble. Anyway I felt very bad for him . I appreciate that restaurant worker and chief came to apologize and try to fix error but I think chords intentions wasn't to apologize but rather try to discipline hector and yell at him. In general I think it's best that management team keep their work professional in front of customers and if there's any disciplinary actions that needs to be done it should be in private , I. Office and not front of the customer. I just wanted to express that hector was very professional and even with all that happened he kept himself calm and his apology was sincere. I'm not sure if the chief even apologized I don't remember or that it was even genuine. I have high star still bc the good , atmosphere and coffee was good and they shouldn't lose points for that

Literally one of my FAVORITE breakfast/lunch spots…read more I come here at least 1-2 times a week--whether it's for a quick coffee, a pastry, or even lunch. And when I say everything I've tried has been a hit... I mean it. I recommend this place to everyone I know because it's just that good. They have tons of options--healthy choices like sandwiches and salads--but what really takes the cake are the pastries They have so many to choose from, plus cakes for any special occasion, and trust me... they do NOT disappoint. I usually stop by alone since I work nearby, but this past weekend I brought my family because if I love it, they had to try it too--and they were just as impressed. The quality of the food, the service, everything was on point. My sister got a breakfast sandwich (my first time trying it) and it was so good. My mom got the farmers omelette sandwich, which I already love--it never misses, always packed with flavor, 10/10 every time. I was a little stuck on what to get since I've tried almost everything, so I asked for a recommendation and went with the tuna sandwich... and WOW. It did not disappoint. The tuna was so fresh and paired perfectly with their house salad, which I'm a huge fan of. And don't even get me started on the cookies they have so many options if you're craving something sweet. The place itself is small but super homey and cozy, which makes it even better. Overall, always a great experience--I would recommend this spot to anyone!
