I honestly think you need that skill to be considered talented. My hair is pretty heavy and thick and when I was younger, stylists would always comment on how much hair I had and that is was so hard to cut....when you're 10, that's not the greatest thing to hear. Or, hairstylists would style it in a way I did not ask for. When I met Judit, honestly my life changed. She cuts my hair and styles it the way I ask. Never ever gave me one complaint. She actually says that I have amazing hair and honestly that's how I feel now! Thank you for always making me feel like I'm in good hands. If you need an amazing haircut, she's the best. I don't go to anyone else for haircuts!! Also when Judit was not available, Vicky would give me wonderful blowouts! The girls who wash me hair always give me the best head massages as well. Check this place out!

Thank you for your response. I expected you to at least correct your employee rather than accepting…read moreher actions. Please review your camera you'll see my daughter daughters reaction to her doing her hair. She said she didn't speak English well. I KNOW we used Google Translate to converse and she still was rude. Like I said when I stepped foot into your shop I told her what I wanted she said "okay okay sit" I told her I wanted a roller SET she said okay. Then she lied and said they didn't have anymore and when I pointed out that she did have rollers she said she wasn't doing it. My biggest issue is she made my daughter uncomfortable she's a child she's 12 ! If you have children and you "deal" with children you should respect that! The picture posted is proof so YOU know who was rude and nasty towards me and my child. She told my child to get out her chair with her hair half done because she was being dramatic! When I told her before she started my child head is sensitive that's why we asked for roller ! Again I was looking for this lady to be corrected so other children and new clients aren't treated the same way! Thank you for the response but my issue was NOT solved. I pray that my review causes your staff member/employee to treat others differently or maybe even nicer. I'm not expecting you to like what I've said I'm asking you too look into it. You said looked into it and you feel like she did nothing wrong. Case closed I know not to return. I also wanted to mentioned in reponse to your comment about asking for management which I did several times and no one would provide me with that information

I called to make an appointment and queried the receptionist about what provisions had been made to assure clients that precautions were in place to provide a hygienic atmosphere. She was only too happy to enumerate the steps that had been taken. True to her word, my temperature was taken upon arrival and, even though I was masked and gloved, antibacterial gel was spritzed on my hands. Rina, the threading operator, was also masked and (here is the amazing part) the thread was affixed in such a way that she was able to manipulate it without putting it through her mouth! It was fantastic! Before I left, Rina wiped down the chair . I WILL be making a return visit! Louise Ozolins

This has been the worst experience I've ever had…read more Yesterday I went to get an underarm wax, and the person who did it was not professional at all she didn't even know what she was doing. She burned my underarms, and now I have to use an antibiotic to relieve the pain and burning. This had never happened to me before. When I tried to tell her that something was wrong and bothering me, her response was, "It'll go away in 5 minutes." I could clearly see my skin was getting irritated. She didn't even use baby powder, which is usually applied before waxing, and I believe the wax temperature was way too hot, which caused the burns. Terrible service, I will never go back. I'm writing this review so that people can be careful about where they go to get a wax.

What I got was something completely different and I spent 5 hours there. When I was put under the hair dryer (with bleach in my hair), Liz started working with another client and I was sitting there for over an hour. I was not happy at all so I told her I didn't like it and she told me it was what I asked for. I told her the picture is an ombre and she told me thats what I had. I explained an ombre or balyage on my hair would go black to brown to blonde. My hair went straight black to blonde with no blonde and explained she gave me highlights more than an ombre. She told me to come in the following week (4 days later) and I did. She explained to me that most people want what I got so she assumed that's what I meant. I have spots in my hair and it looked like I had gotten my hair died blonde and my black roots grew in. I explained that I wanted to look more natural and she placed brown hair dye in between the black and blonde. However, now I just have a line from brown to blonde instead of it looking cohesive. Attached are pictures.
