I love the blueberry matcha and I drove 40 mins to get there, then 20 mins more to look for parking which is horrible so good luck! There was no line, the place was cute and service was quick. Dont know if il be back bc of parking but glad to know they have a spot here if im here in downtown.

TLDR; sweet drinks, grab and go, not a hang out spot, no bathrooms, street parking, and cute interior. Good variety of drinks that are quite tasty. Both the Vietnamese iced coffee and the blueberry matcha were on the sweet side. The blueberry doesn't hit you in the face and goes nicely with the matcha. The Vietnamese iced coffee wasn't as strong as I expected (from the general 626 area) and super foamy on the top so really you only get like 3/4 cup of liquids.

This is the perfect place to end up after shopping on Santee. The menu is vast. The service is great and the coffee really good. Parking is difficult but doable if you are on a shopping trip. There are limited places to sit and enjoy pastries or sandwiches but it's so cute. I will return

We got there just as they opened. The music was already blasting, which was a bit surprising at 9 AM. Thankfully we were able to get two of the seats though because the space filled up quickly once the doors were opened. The barista seemed to get a bit overwhelmed. Thankfully our coffee came out fairly quickly but the food took a bit longer. The burrito was SO good! I am a harsh judge of breakfast burritos but this one had tons of flavor, the potatoes were well seasoned, there was enough cheese without being overwhelming, and the salsa was a nice addition. The strawberry donut had entire slices of berry in the jam layer! The mochi ball had an interesting texture. I liked the crunchiness of the outer layer and the tender chewiness of the inside. I didn't get much cinnamon flavor though which I would expect from something called churro. I would be interested to try the other ones - especially the green ones made with spirulina. And I also want to try some of the other buns. The coffee was good. Though it's hard to judge accurately since Vietnamese coffee has so much sugar and cream in it, almost any coffee is going to taste great.

A CAFE DULCE in the midst of LA's Fashion District, and it is awesome. During our visit, there were some people inside but there was no line to order. Our drink was very quickly made and we barely had to wait to get our drink. There is no outdoor seating and there is a small indoor bar seating area. There is enough space for a sizable line inside though for when there's a shopping frenzy outside. The BLUEBERRY MATCHA is awesome as usual. They ise HOUSE ROOTS COFFEE BEANS.

cute cafe in LA! Stopped by for a quick matcha latte fix. There was a lot of room inside with a couple seats. They also sell pastries and sandwiches. The matcha latte had a good string matcha flavor and was a bit sweeter than I usually like, but it was refreshing and tasty. Service was really fast and the employees were very nice :)

Cute little spot for coffee and donuts , sandwiches and snacks The donuts they had as samples were all stale ! When I mentioned it to the employee she said they've been out since Saturday and a day old. I was asking questions about what was on display and I noticed flies swarming over the baked goods .. The display looked like it was for viewing only .. when she reached out to give me the one on display it concerned me.. I still purchased a bacon maple donut and it tasted old as well and the coffee tasted burnt .. too hot .. Not at all a good experience. Should've went by my first impression and left

Good place for a quick coffee and a bite! Parking: There is some street parking and some garages nearby. It will be easy to find parking close to it. Service: The 2 girls working there were really friendly and helpful. They greeted us when we came inside and answered any questions we had about the menu. Drinks: I ordered the iced matcha latte with oatmilk and my boyfriend ordered the iced mocha. I liked my matcha latte, it was the perfect blend of matcha and milk, as some other places make it too bitter or too sweet so this was perfect for me. They had a blueberry matcha latte as well so next time when I go, I will be ordering that! My boyfriend liked his mocha and he also ordered the brock toast but was not a fan of it. Their donuts did look really good so next time when I am back, I would love to get one! Environment: This place has limited seating and is located inside a building. It is definitely not that big, so if you come when they are busy, be prepared to stand. Overall, a nice place with good service and nice quality drinks!

Their sandwiches and matcha are delicious!! I definitely recommend this place to come and get a matcha or sandwich!!

When I went to pick it up, I grabbed a saucer to avoid spilling on my way back to my seat. Before I could even walk away, one of the baristas snatched it from my hand and said, "You're not allowed to use that. The saucers go with the latte mugs!" I paused, glanced at the empty café behind me, and replied, "There are plenty available--surely I can use one." He continued, in a dismissive tone, speaking to me in a way that felt unnecessarily disrespectful. I chose to walk away and still enjoy my pour-over. But it's not just about serving good coffee. As Maya Angelou reminds us, people will always remember how you made them feel. And in this space, I felt unwelcome. As a paying customer--one who tipped in advance--that behavior felt undeserved and unwarranted. For that reason, there's no need to return.

I stumbled across their Yelp page when I was visiting from out of town and checked the Instagram for their hours on a Saturday afternoon and was happy to see they were open! I am a sucker for pop-up coffee shop/cart concepts so I had to check it out. The pop-up is easy to find, it's outside facing into the parking lot, and they had a cute A-frame sign out by the street side. There was no line, and I ordered and sat down at one of the tables out front. The service was so warm, and I believe the shop is owned and operated by one man on his own! He was an absolute delight to meet, and he brought my matcha latte to me at the table when it was prepared. He suggested I get the cream top on it, and boy was that the perfect recommendation. I would say I'm a little bit of a matcha fiend... I think I got a matcha latte at 3 different places this day... and this one far surpassed the others. I think it was one of the best matcha lattes I have ever drank to-date. It was perfectly green, the matcha quality was phenomenal, both taste and look-wise. The texture was just right, perfectly creamy with barely any grittiness. The cream top only added to the drink, and didn't take away from the matcha flavor at all, which I feel like has happened at other places for me. I'm dreaming of this matcha latte days later, and need to go back to Kokoro No Coffee as soon as I am in town again. This was a spectacular find, and I hope this spot gets all the love it deserves! There is truly nothing like a great business ran by a great person and you can tell there's so much intention put into this concept. Highly, highly recommend and I could not sing praises more!

It's a great spot to work, study, or catch up with friends without feeling cramped or rushed. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly.
