I didn't mind the wait, because they take your phone number and text you when your table is ready, so we were able to walk around countryside plaza during our wait. Our food hit the spot!!! I got the cali club which always blows me away. The fresh croissant from le quart is the cherry on top of an excellent sandwich. I usually stay away from breakfast sandwiches at restaurants in favor of other options, but will always make an exception here. My husband got the chorizo burrito- I'm not personally a fan of rice in a breakfast burrito so I wouldn't order it myself, but nonetheless it was still pretty good. I loved that they offer local hot sauces from volcanic peppers on the side. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. She was very busy but always kept an eye on us and refilled our drinks multiple times without us having to ask. Overall, it's a classic, highly recommended Omaha brunch spot for a reason. I ended up ordering a light breakfast...one egg over medium, and some sourdough toast, with butter and their lovely jam. Everything was done perfectly, and the jam was divine.
