The employees are very nice to your face, but once you leave, they look through your belongings and basically talk about how "disgusting" their customers are. I get it, it's never fun cleaning up other people's messes, but the employees weren't even trying to talk quietly and I was sitting in plain sight doing my own wash. In short, I'd go and do MY OWN laundry there if I'm in a pinch and can't drive to my usual place (Garden Laundry in Fords!) but I'd rather not have people sift through my belongings and call me disgusting.

So I smelled them and decided to wash them again. Part of the way into the second wash I touch the machine to see if it's hot and it's cold. I open the detergent hole in the top to touch the water and it's cold. I told the lady that works there I don't think the cold water was on and she went to check and had to flip the switch to get it on and then she told me it should be working now. I told her this was my second time having to wash because it didn't come out right from the first time and she told me " that's not my problem. The lady that comes in in the morning is supposed to put it on and she didn't " then she walked away. This will be my last time coming here. That was rude in my opinion, if the hot water wasn't on, and I had to wash again I should've gotten a refund. Now I just won't come back here anymore. Not happy about this because it's a convenient location but that wasn't good customer service at all.

I found this place while searching online for a tailor to repair a tear in my coat. The reviews…read moreseemed decent, so I felt comfortable bringing in three items for dry cleaning, including a $400 coat that needed a small repair. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The seamstress was not there when I dropped of the coat, they said that she will look and see if she can fix it and let me know by phone. I then find out that she "fixed" my coat without consulting me first, claiming the repair was necessary for the dry cleaning process. In doing so, she actually made the tear worse and ended up ruining the coat. When I tried to address the issue with the staff, the situation only got worse. The employees became defensive, rude, and belligerent. The interaction escalated to the point where I felt uncomfortable and unsafe in the store, as two male associates were behaving aggressively. I haven't even evaluated the quality of the dry cleaning yet, but at this point it's hard to say the service was worth the cost of a ruined $400 coat and the unpleasant treatment I received. It's especially disappointing because I had hoped I'd found a reliable dry cleaning and tailoring service close to home.
