My wife had a flat tire on the side of the road. I was at work and unable to help her. Based on my wife's story quite a few cars passed her by, even a police officer, yet no one stopped. After the police car had driven by, James Boatright who apparently was behind the police officer turned around and stopped to help my wife. He got the blown out tire off, got the spare from under the car on placed it on the car and got her on her way. He even gave her directions to a tire shop in the direction she was going home, Castillo Tire Shop. I want to personally thank James for stopping and helping my wife. I reached out to James and he got in touch with me within 15 minutes. I have a 2017 Pacifica that needed the spark plugs, coils, and wires changed. I liked the price he gave me so we agreed to have the van to him around 10am , Sunday. He called me with an update and then called me to say my van was ready around 3:00pm. My van runs better than it did before. James has a very good attitude and truly seems to care about doing the job right. He even called after i left to see how i thought the van was running.
