They only had an appointment available for 3 days out, but I asked if they could just charge me an emergency fee and come same day - and they made it happen. The owner himself, Andrew, came out... Turned out there was no mouse, but my vent was broke apart due to extenuating circumstances and my exhaust was totally clogged with dust and previous owners spray foamed the housing into place instead of securing it properly! Since he couldn't address the smell that day he waived the emergency fee, got me an appointment in just 2 days, then his team came out, removed and replaced everything: exhaust fan, housing+brackets, removed all the spray foam and old trashed vent then installed a nice pvc vent. Andrew provided pics of everything before the work was done, then went over everything after providing pics of completed work and even video of the full layout for me (including being able to hear the airflow moving perfectly through the top of vent near roof outlet!). The cost was extremely reasonable and fell into the proper average cost range for Ohio when looking it up online, and considering the spray foam being so bizarrely all over everything, I feel that price was more than fair. I would not hesitate to use this company for anything they can help with in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone. Thankful to have found such a high integrity, honest, efficient company to work with!

No big deal you'd think, but they insisted on a structural engineer to come in and verify the roof structure. Seems odd for just replacing the drywall. They rejected the repair unless I had the structural verification. They insulted my intelligence with this because that is what I do for a living, but the documentation is horrendous. It would cost as much as the repair. I recommend you not use these people as the additional cost on their excuses to not do the work will multiply your expense. (ie. this was not covered by insurance)

Because of his knowledge, he found things that no other company noticed. He was able to answer all my questions clearly and in a way that I could understand, even with no knowledge of HVAC systems. He spoke very highly of the installers, which eased my mind and gave me confidence in the company. Finley and Joe were my installers. They showed up on time, introduced themselves and immediately made me feel at ease. It was very apparent to me that they were knowledgeable with the install and that Mike had communicated with them about everything that needed to be done (removing a 1970's era humidifier from my crawlspace and patching the hole). I was pleasantly surprised with how polite both installers were to each other. They routinely checked on each other and told each other thank you. Finley even asked Joe several times if he was getting too hot outside. When Joe had a question, Finley would answer it respectfully. Both worked non-stop searching both inside and outside for the source of the water. Both were such gentlemen and went over and above. They set the water softener to regen that night. They told me they would come out next day if water recurred. It ran that night, but nothing happened. I'll continue to call Seiter when something goes wrong. Very dependable company!
