We contacted Mike Cambio to inform him of the gas leak found in our home but, not surprised, he never responded. This Priority Plumbing Company has only one PRIORITY, it's about how much money they can get from you and and how quickly they can get out of your house before you notice damages or serious problems. After calling, Katie explained this to me, and explained that she would contact me back once a slot filled open. She did and a very professional team of two came and looked at the piping a few days later. They explained what they would be doing and went out and bought the tools they needed and repaired the pipe in a few hours. I also had some other unrelated piping issues and the tech was eager to take a look at it for me and attempted to help remedy the situation, and also said he would have his boss provide me with a quote. Working with contractors can be very frustrating, however, not CMags! When Chris (owner) from Cmags came by to give us the quote he was professional, honest, and easy! He arrived on time and it wasn't a hassle. He told us he could get it done within 3 weeks. He gave us his quote and he was the fairest out of all the quotes we received. When it was time to install.. I was assured by the tech that the new gurgling sound after the last fix going on in my pipes would work itself out. It hasn't. The noise gives me a daily reminder that these guys are expensive and not particularly good. I did notice all the 5 star reviews are 3,5,6,7 years old. Maybe they can turn it around but I'm moving on.

We were moving into a new home that had no hot water. We purchased a new hot water heater and burner from Automatic Heating Equipment in Providence, RI. We contacted our planned oil company (Petro), which we were planning to use for oil delivery, to install the new system. I explained that I had the tank plumbed in and just needed someone to install the burner. They said even though it was brand new heater and burner in the box, because they didn't provide it, they would not install it. We scrambled around and found Bill's Heating.
