Popped in for two cappuccinos on a drive through town. My wife went in - she said it was very nice! I stayed in the car (photo attached). The drinks were very well made. A proper cappuccino.

I don't often get to stop into Duck Rabbit Coffee, but it's always lovely when I do. During this visit, I tried one of their seasonal drinks, the yuenyeung - a Hong Kong style coffee milk tea with black tea, cold brew, and sweetened condensed milk, shaker over ice. It was pretty tasty. I can't place whether it tasted more like coffee or tea, but either way I enjoyed it. They carry pastries from Sophie La Gourmande in Cleveland Heights and they all looked beautiful. I got some type of pistachio cherry cake, which was delicious.

This was my first time stopping in and loved the vibe here. Not overwhelming or super crowded. You could sit and enjoy your coffee or tea.

Super cute coffee shop! Lots of seating, outlets, and a good amount of beverage choices. The service was quick and the coffee was good quality! Really liked the environment -- very comfortable and trendy.

I stopped into Duck Rabbit while my husband went next door to the best pet shop (Lake Erie Pets) and I was very disappointed. I had been in before but couldn't remember why I've never been back - I was quickly reminded. Maybe it's because I am over 50, but I was totally overlooked and ignored while I was in the store - with the exception of ordering. I'm not needy, but the workers were not great. When I walked up to the counter, I was the only person on the register side of the place and there were 2 workers. While I was looking at the VERY VERY limited menu, a couple of their customers (who were either friends or regulars) were leaving as I asked if they could make a chai latte - I was ignored as the friend said good bye and the one worker was doing some sort of goodbye dance and the cashier was saying goodbye. So I turned and said good bye as well - then asked my question again. Once again ignored as the workers continued a discussion amongst themselves. Finally the 3rd time I asked I finally got my answer, then ordered. About 10 minutes later my husband's chai latte was ready followed by my Orange cardamom latte a couple minutes after that. The entire time I was waiting for my coffee - there was another customer hovering over my empty cup texting on his phone and chatting with the female worker. Was not a good experience and the coffee was not the greater either. But - the playlist of music or at least the 5 songs I heard while waiting was great!!! Also, just personal preference here - I don't like the clean spoon, dirty spoon situation for stirring coffee - it just doesn't seem sanitary to me..... Bottom line - unless you are nerdy or a hipster - you might not get great service - so buyer beware. My advice - go 1/2 mile west to The Judith

I really really wanted to love this place and have it be one of my go to places for coffee but I really just did not end of loving it. There is such a limited menu and for someone who usually does not get flavored drinks I still thought it was limited. They do not even offer cinnamon powder or honey which I found a bit surprising but to each their own. They do have a simply syrup and a honey syrup I believe. The atmosphere of the place is really unique and I would recommend stopping in just to see the vibes but I do not recommend for the overall experience of coffee. They offer I believe one size in iced drinks and for the size I found it expensive. I got a cold brew which was okay, but I would not get it again. The staff was kind and friendly and was willing to answer any questions but the menu is what it is and you just have to know that there wont be much customization if you decide to stop in! Cute decor and I love the color scheme, but I probably will not be back just due to the size of the iced coffee for the price, and menu options! :) Maybe I will opt for a hot drink next time and have a more pleasant outcome!

minimalist but cute coffee shop. quality coffee and tea selections. They don't have a lot of flavored syrups here but the coffee and matcha options are simple yet delicious. Kind of pricey but not thag much different than most coffee shops these days. This shop is small but great for a quick stop in or to catch up with friends

OK this place is amazing. The coffee is exquisite! But even if you don't like coffee, you can have Matcha have lattes, or any other creation that you might be able to get at a place like this. You should come just for the experience, the art, and the artistic vibe. If you were a coffee drinker, you will not be disappointed! They roast their own coffee and you can pretty much have it any way you want it I would highly recommend having an espresso base drink. Everything is done by Hands and Art fully prepared. The Macha is also fabulous and they hand mix it.

Amazing coffee shop!!! This is the real deal when it comes to craft coffee. They have beans that you won't find anywhere else in town and they're extremely professional when it comes to pouring fancy latte art. My wife got a mocha with oat milk and I got a latte latte with oat milk and even though they don't have flavors for their lattes they have 2 coffee bean choices to choose from. The staff is super friendly and helpful with all our questions and they even gave us free cute little duck rabbit stickers! It's so sad they do not currently have indoor dining because this is such an awesome place to hang out at with really minimal and modern decor balanced with the old industrial brick building. I cannot wait till coffee places like this start opening up again! The location is great because there's a Platform Beer extension called "The Lot" across the street so it's great to grab a coffee and then walk across the street to get really good beer and wings, or a noodle bar diagonally located as well. We will definitely be returning back to Duck Rabbit to get our superior craft coffee fix!

The first thing you notice as you walk in is the airy atmosphere, it looks like one of my fav coffee shops in Brooklyn (SEY coffee). The coffee did not disappoint - the espresso notes were flavorful, and fruit-forward, which was a welcome surprise. I also had the spinach feta brioche, it's essentially quiche but instead of a flaky crust, it's a brioche bun. Amazing all around! Friendly staff too :-) i am so glad i stopped in on my trip to Cleveland

This place is an absolutely adorable coffee shop! I am obsessed with their decor and all of the plants. Unfortunately I got there a little bit before closing, so I wasn't able to spend as longer as I would've liked, but I had the iced oat milk latte which was good. It wasn't really anything to write home about, but I would like to return to try more of their coffee and spend some time studying here.

There is also the main area (center part where you order) that has tables and chairs which is situated when you first walk in and then there is a back area towards the left that can be used as well. So, there are 2 back sections. DRINKS -- They sell matcha, tea, and coffee. I ordered a cup of Storehouse black tea with honey ($4 price, I think). I think the employee added too much honey in my tea because my stomach started hurting a little so I couldn't finish it but that's okay. I later got a mug of warm water which helped soothe my stomach. The cup of tea though is quite expensive but I like to support local businesses (Storehouse Tea is a Cleveland business). FOOD -- I also ordered a Rosemary bagel ($4) with a side of butter (.50 cents). The Rosemary bagel was delicious which isn't surprising because the owners make their own bagels. If you work remote then this coffee shop is for you as they have free wifi and plenty of tables to use. They have lots of chairs and tables laid out in three different sections. The music isn't as loud like most coffee shops in the area so I appreciated that. The back area towards the right only has 2 outlets available but thankfully, I got one to use. If you come with a laptop, make sure your battery is charged or find another seat where there is an outlet. TIP -- They sell packaged coffee to go, some packaged biscuit mix, and cute notebooks.

I tried both the Promised Land Latte (cinnamon and honey) and the seasonal special Cowboy Cold Brew (cold brew with milk and sarsaparilla syrup). The Promised Land Latte was good, not too sweet, a little thin on the mouthfeel but overall good flavor. The Cowboy Cold Brew was such a treat: a combination I have never tried, but it worked surprisingly well. It was like a root beer and a cold brew were mixed together for a refreshing drink with very familiar yet unique flavor. It was also such a treat when I turned the cup around and saw the "yeehaw" written on it :-) I also tried the everything bagel with honey brie walnut cream cheese, and whoever is supplying Cleveland with these specialty cream cheeses knows what they're doing! I enjoyed the honey brie walnut cream cheese so much that I made a third trip to this location, just to get a side of it to put it on extra pita I had laying around. What also makes this location special is the location! I enjoyed my latte inside the Arcade, and the beautiful architecture and interior design were so incredible. You may choose your choice of regular milk or an alternative milk such as oat milk or almond milk. My friends who drink coffee ordered various lattes which they enjoyed drink. During my March 24, 2026 visit, I ordered a Raspberry Croissant - $4.50 plus a Masala Chai with Cardamon - $5.25). The Masala chai (black tea with cardamom) was rich and creamy. It was perfect.
