It was my first time coming to Duck Donuts today and I was blown away by the amount of options they offered. As someone who's not much of a donut person, they definitely caught my interest with the amount of toppings and customization you could do to make your donut be the donut of your dreams The young girl who took my order was very patient, as I could barely decide on anything! The donuts came out hot and pretty but even better, they were so delicious! I will definitely be back!

fast and friendly service. I stopped in for national donut day to get s free donut and walked out with a milkshake and donut. they had a weekday promotion for discounted milkshakes so i had to try. they make all the donuts fresh in the store and then "top" or customize them for you as you wait. you can watch or call in your order ahead of time and pick up. they have several menus to help guide you to the variety of topping choices but you can also build your own.

Donuts made to order... does it get any better?? Truly dropped in the fryer right in front of you, then they add all the toppings. Delicious soft, airy but not too airy, pancake-like dough. Just right. You can select a creation from their menu or make your own! I got the Chocolate Explosion & French Toast donuts with a cold brew, and it was delightful. The service was very friendly. She even let me know that chocolate explosion is her personal favorite, and I see why! Would be a great place to bring kiddos for a different kind of food-fun experience.

Nice fresh donuts!! They were so soft. They have a good amount of flavors too! I wanted to try their milkshakes as well, maybe next time.

I've been dying to try this place for some time now and it did not disappoint. Staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. Donuts were warm, fresh and delicious. I'll definitely be back soon!

I had heard good things but I had to see for myself. I walked in mid-day on a Monday and it was empty. I spent at least ten minutes looking at photos (shared below) and menus because I couldn't believe how many varieties they offered. The girl behind the counter was very helpful and friendly and offered up her own suggestions. I was kinda shocked they hand-craft each donut individually and even though I felt bad about ordering 12 DIFFERENT DONUTS, I figured it was a slow day so why not? The donuts literally come out so fresh, soft, and warm that you might be tempted to eat (or at least, sample) most of them before you even get out the door! My personal favorites were the ones with apple toppings (caramel apple, cinnamon apple, etc.). Some of the more interesting flavors were the PB&J (raspberry jelly/topping), Oreo, and S'Mores. When I eat donuts at a place as good as Duck, I honestly wonder how a place like Dunkin can even stay in business. I mean if you were to rank donuts on a scale of 1-10, DD would be a 2 or 3 and Duck would merit a 9 or 10. If you've ever had the pleasure of eating a freshly made, handcrafted donut (for example at places like Fractured Prune at the DE/MD shore), you know the deal. For everyone else who considers themselves a donut fan, I can verify: It doesn't get better than this!

I've heard of duck donuts for a few years, but never experienced it until now. This is a chain that started in North Carolina, I believe. I didn't know what to expect so I couldn't really call ahead for an order to bring to a meeting. There are different themed boxes and the one that caught my eye was the breakfast box. The donuts are served up hot right out of a fryer and custom, hand-made based on flavor, this particular box had maple bacon, peanut butter, french toast, apple crisp, and a few other flavors that I can't recall. While I didn't actually eat any of the donuts, everyone was happy. Duck Donuts staff was very nice and did a wonderful job preparing my dozen.

My brother advised me to try these delicious and cakey soft donuts. There are so many varieties to choose from, but you can also create your own. It's the first "Donut Sundae" bar I've experienced. My daughter loves sweets so she was in heaven. We ordered a breakfast box variety, an iced caramel latte, and a mango strawberry lemonade. The service was as pleasant as sitting in the park on a beautiful day and enjoying ice cream... which they also have to create donut topped sundaes and milkshakes, which will be next on the list of our return! To add, you also get a free sample of a mini donut ( also available in packs, as well as merch) while waiting. The free mini cinnamon sugar donuts were soft pillows of sweet glee. The flavors are fun to try; my favorites being the blueberry streusel ,peanut butter fluff and strawberry sugar.

THE BEST DONUTS I HAVE EVER HAD! The donuts are so fresh and delicious, with the quick service time you're able to enjoy your donut piping hot! Seating is relatively limited so the store is better suited for pickup.

Omg so many choices so little time I've been trying to go to a Duck donuts since the MAMARONECK one opened and something always happened ... so this one opened and whoopie my daughter, my friend and boyfriend enjoyed the donuts and what to go back . When you check in with yelp you get a free donut or coffee....you could sown a solid month and not try everything. Plenty of parking great location can't wait to go again.

Pretty, but exorbitantly sweet and one-dimensional. In the arena of high-end donuts where you have the likes of Doughnut Project, Doughnut Plant, and Pies 'n' Thighs in the city -- Duck Donuts is the aesthetic younger brother that does fairly classic and predictable flavors like maple bacon, chocolate, coffee, and blueberry with a mountain of sugar, on sugar, dressed with sugar, and a bit more sugar for added measure. The dough is passable. Light and fluffy. But not entirely different than a fresh Krispy Kreme. Forgo the trip and spend your precious sugar allocation elsewhere.

This is one of the most amazing donut places. The donuts come hot off the conveyor belt and are made in small batches. They offer a variety of toppings. The service is quick and it's a fun place feel! I'm going to a regular here and at the gym!

So take this in the spirit of constructive feedback guys. I tried to contact you directly but was told no one was available. I've been to side door donuts 3 times now but only was able to get donuts once. The first time I went I came too late, I didn't realize this was a side business run out the back of Billy and Pete's. They apologized but stayed firm, 20 minutes too late, sorry.. want a burger? Second visit, we made sure we were there shortly after opening time. Again we left donutless, is that a word? It is certainly a depressing feeling. As it happened, the donut machine was broken and they were waiting for a part. Weeks now. It was smack in the middle of Covid and I understood. I would have preferred that they updated on Google maps or something but what the hell, we had a nice 25 minute drive and hit up Duck Donuts instead. The third and last time was successful for Donuts but the experience was so bad I won't be back. Ever. The donuts are small. Like really small. And for $20 bucks total not worth it. They are good. Actually really good but my surprise, and embarrassment as I brought them to a friend's house as my contribution to brunch, 2 dozen bite size donuts equals 4-5 regular ones. Ok. Learned. But here's the biggest issue. After such a buildup trying to get these donuts, over the course of years, we were faced with the meanest, difficult person to guild us through our experience. She was older, unhappy, disinterested, unhelpful and just an ass. I stated it was our first time and not sure where to go as she yelled at us for opening the side door. There are no signs. Side door donuts.. you'd think you gotta go in the side door. Nope. I explained our buildup and excitement of finally getting here after our disappointing broken machine visit.. she said that the machine has never broken. I didn't want to argue.. I just wanted donuts. I asked what was popular and she said how do I know what you like and walked away without explanation. There was no menu. Finally she hands me something to look at but I'm already like F this. I said I needed to bring something for a brunch, she said 2 dozen but tell me which ones ... annoyed I replied whatever. I paid, no tip and when I got the box I didn't bother to look as I just wanted to put as much distance between her and I as quickly as possible, there was also a kids birthday party going on surrounding us so that also made me want to run. The donuts looked good and everyone at brunch laughed and said they were cute. No man wants to ever hear anything that starts with "aw that's tiny but cute". Donuts were good. We fought over who got what and there was definitely not enough. I wish the bitchy lady at the donut place explained what I was ordering as I never would have guessed 2 dozen donuts would be so unsatisfying. I would have bought 4 dozen had I known... So, donuts good, experience very bad. Too expensive for what I got and customer lost. Too many other places that want our money. Please do better.

Pretty good doughnuts. Their size is perfect bite size and they are just too adorable!read more

Both of them have been in the food truck industry for over 10 years. They previously had success with their other food truck: Waffle Box. Their delicious waffle creations even earned them a feature on the Rachael Ray Show. The Sanzes later had an idea to make a sister truck: one that made mini donuts. Their lightly crisped and airy donut creations feature delicious toppings such as Nutella, sprinkles or marshmallows. The Sanzes named the truck after their son Greyson and it can often be found at events (both public and private) and festivals in Westchester County (NY) as well as Fairfield County (CT). The Sanzes hope to have a brick & mortar location open in the near future. My family and I sampled some delicious donuts from Grey's Donuts this past autumn. We were at the Bronx Zoo for an evening Halloween-themed event. The zoo's regular concession stands were closed, but they did have a nice selection of food trucks present. When we saw Grey's Truck, we thought that some mini donuts with fancy toppings sounded pretty good. We decided to order and share "The Campfire" (mini marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate glaze). The donuts themselves were pretty good, but the gooey chocolate and marshmallows made them so much more delicious. Those s'mores-inspired donuts really hit the spot! We hope to see Grey's Donuts at another event in the future!
