Came here for the first time today with my daughter and we absolutely loved the donuts! I opted for the s'mores and my daughter ordered the chocolate sprinkles. It took about a 5 minute wait and worth every minute. It came out so fresh, soft and delicious. Service was really good too. Both staff were friendly. Would definitely come here again read more

My first time going in Duck Donuts and i was not greeted at all by this lady named Joy. So I still bought two mini ducks because i'm sure my daughter would love them. I asked for some free samples as advertised outside the store. Joy says 20 minutes for free samples. So i step out. Mind you there is no one at the store but myself. 20-25 minutes later I return. Joy gives me a response "Give me a minute" as she is busy doing something else. I felt like she didn't care to offer me the free samples and sounded pretty annoyed. What a first impression. That would not make me return to this Duck Donuts location. Hope this will get to her. read more

Second time trying this place out. I rarely find vegan donuts, so as I passed through the area I stopped here early AM. These donuts are made fresh, so keep in mind you may need to wait up to 30 mins. The staff member, Joy was friendly and took the time to make my donuts look very delicious. Parking: The place is located in an outdoor mall situation. I went during the afternoon during a weekday and there was plenty of parking. You won't have trouble finding a parking space unless it's during huge sales, events or the holiday season. Experience: This was my first time here and my first time trying Duck Donuts. The cashier/staff was very welcoming and helpful. I walked in knowing nothing about this place and was very surprised to hear that the donuts here are made to order. It was such a fun experience. Cinnamon sugar - one of the best tasting donuts I've had. Inside is only what I could imagine what a cloud would be like. It was so warm and fluffy. The outside was coated in just the right amount of cinammon and was perfectly fried. Overall: This is a great place for people who love sweets, donuts and ducks. I bought the French Toast donut and a Cold Brew with Hazelnut flavoring. The donut tasted fresh and the person who packaged it for me added another one for free which I appreciated however, I waited for about few minutes to be greeted and when she finally did, she was speaking loudly from across the store. I told her the order was for my name but her tone in asking to see the receipt was heavy. I brushed it off because maybe she was having a rough morning considering she was on her phone as I waited to be helped. I didn't want to judge right off the bat on how she approached me. Once I got back to work, I tried the cold brew and it was so bitter. To be fair, I've tried many cold brew options from different places. The cold foam added to it was chunky and the flavoring wasn't appealing. If you're a fan of donuts, DUCK DONUTS are a MUST try!!! I tried the maple bacon, coffee cake and cinnamon pumpkin spice and each of them were so delicious I regret not buying the half dozen. Unlike your traditional donut shop, Duck Donuts are made to order, not sitting, which makes the freshness and quality top notch. Overall an amazing experience! Came in on a Wednesday around noon on an empty stomach; I've been having trouble eating recently and the muffins that I ordered here were perfect and easy to go down. The egg and muffin were so soft and the cheese was melted to perfection!! I love myself a caramel macchiato and this place did not disappoint, the drink was perfectly sweet with a strong taste of coffee. Service was amazing too, the young man helping us out made sure we saw all their options before we made a choice and even though he was alone our order was out in no time! The place is cute and the doughnuts are covered with icing and other toppings after you order them. So they are nice and hot when you get them. The 2 young people working there were very polite, even though there were so many people placing orders, and the line was SO long. I gave it a 3 because the doughnut did not taste above and beyond the average doughnut; except for the warm and fresh part. I guess it should be more of a 3.5. The wait was too long for me, and perhaps they need to hire another person on the weekends to help out. The doughnut I ordered was the "S'mores" version. It would have been better if it had more texture. I'm thinking little marshmallows and bigger crumbs of cinnamon cracker to get the different flavors and texture. read more

Dear Ducks Donuts Team, My family and I are devoted fans of Ducks Donuts! We've been loyal customers since your opening, consistently impressed by the incredible variety and quality of your donuts. We recently used your "Too Good To Go" app for the first time, and were thrilled to find our order ready ahead of schedule at the Rancho location. However, our experience upon arrival could have been improved. While we were excited to pick up our treats, the greeting we received was less than welcoming. Upon entering, a staff member named Joy! behind the counter immediately requested to see our phone, without any prior acknowledgement or friendly greeting. This felt abrupt and impersonal, contrasting sharply with the typically warm and friendly atmosphere we've always experienced at your establishment. We understand that verifying orders via the app is necessary, but perhaps a simple, welcoming greeting - such as "Good morning! Did you order through the Too Good To Go app?" - before requesting to see the phone could significantly enhance the customer experience. A warm welcome sets a positive tone for the entire interaction and reinforces the positive brand image Ducks Donuts has cultivated. Needless to say I never recieved my Oder becuase I wanted to cancel as soon as I encountered this person named Joy! She was not only unprofessional but very rude, and from the looks of other reviews other people state the same exact thing. How can an establishment allow this type of customer service? Unfortunately we will never return, it's definitely not worth it to be treated as such! Also please address the stench inside it was not pleasing! Totally need to have a thorough cleaning asap! This location has changed since it opened. That older lady is far from inviting or welcoming. read more

When we went into the bakery, we were given a card with the email address and told to email the baker directly. I emailed that Saturday while still in the store, and by Sunday morning I already had a response from Victoria. She was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process! I sent her inspiration pictures, and she quickly provided three different quote options. All of the inspiration cakes I sent included fresh flowers, and Victoria explained that we would need to bring our own flowers to the bakery the Friday before pickup so they could safely place them on the cake the next morning. Everything went smoothly, and when we arrived to pick up the cake, it looked absolutely stunning! The flowers we brought in were beautifully arranged, and the entire cake looked elegant and professionally done. We ordered vanilla cake with buttercream and their Strawberry Chiffon flavor, and both were AMAZING. Everyone at the bridal shower kept talking about how delicious the cake was! So many guests had never heard of Mr. Baker before and wanted to know where the cake came from that we actually brought extra business cards and handed them out during the shower. Thank you so much to Victoria and the entire team at Mr. Baker for creating such a beautiful cake and making the process so easy. Everyone there is always so kind and welcoming, and we will definitely continue ordering from them in the future!

However, I found the quality of the drink and food to be mediocre. The strawberry matcha was decent and visually appealing, but aside from its cute appearance, nothing stood out in terms of taste. My almond croissant was hard to bite into. This was disappointing as it was flavorful. I'm not sure if it was because I went in the afternoon, but I had to bite and chew harder than expected. I've never had that experience with a croissant before. My sister had no issues with hers, so I'm perplexed as to what went wrong with my croissant.
