Melissa took such care and effort with my hair. She also asked me my preferences about whether I wanted the front tresses up or down.. I told her up and then realized as she was almost done that I should have said I wanted them down. She refused to let me just say "No it's alright" and redid the entire braid. Very sweet girl. When she was done I asked her to add a little volume to the top of my flat head and without hesitation she did that and once she was all done, I LOVED it! Very happy with Charlotte who by the way added me to her Monday schedule when it's super difficult to find someone! Also very happy with Jenn who was very prompt in returning my email. She also worked with my schedule because I work nights and I need the latest appointment available so I'm sure she had to coordinate with Charlotte. I had to change one of my choices because I went out on a date with my husband and she was sweet telling me to have a great night with him. She could have just ignored that but she chose to add a little bit of personality to what could have been a very impersonal email. That says a lot to me. A basic dry cut starts at $35 and goes up based on your add-ons (e.g., shampooing, drying and styling, etc.). I had my hair washed (I prefer wet hair for cutting) and blow dried after the cut. I was able to book a next-day appt. online. I showed up early and Mona was running a little behind, but once I was in her chair she went to work and achieved the look I was going for quickly without cutting quality. I chopped 6 inches off and did long layers and a light face frame.
