Excellent place for tech repair! Walked in with my desktop that had a failed hard drive and they answered all my questions before I submitted it for repair. They did a free diagnostic that took 2 minutes to confirm what was wrong with the drive and then explained what needed to be fixed along with price. Everything was fixed same day within 3 hours, they upgraded it with a better and faster hard drive, and at an affordable price. Customers are always walking in and out of this shop getting their stuff fixed. Overall they're Friendly and definitely know what they're doing. I'll be back with other tech repairs in the future. read more

I'm not sure why I haven't written a review earlier??!! I am true believer in this business. Blake the owner is helpful , honest and competitive . His knowledge of apple and many other brands of computers has not only helped me but a lot of my clients that I have referred to him. I am always happy with his work and so are the people I have referred to him. Blake has always been helpful with my computer illiteracy lol. He doesn't make you feel foolish that you don't know something. My clients who have used him for many things have always said he never sold them services that they didn't need and is very swift with repairs or diagnostics. That build a strong loyalty . So if you have any repairs or questions you should definitely stop by Dtown tech. read more

I contacted Dtown Tech on the recommendation of a friend and they did not disappoint! I had managed to break the LCD screen (without damaging the glass) on my iPhone 4S and in just 45-minutes, they had me back in business. Thank you guys - awesome job! read more

I can't speak highly enough about Blake and his crew. They helped me from start to finish on upgrading all of my business computers. Dtown tech is top shelf all the way. You will not find a better place around. read more

My daughter arrived from England with a damaged iPhone that apple wanted 150 pounds to exchange that $225 in dollars. She was going to go to the Apple store and face those smug little know it alls and pay the ripe off price asked hoping it would be cheaper here in the states. I Hate Apple so I suggested Dtown tech which was closer and was certain after reading the reviews could solve her problem much cheaper. They did in two hours replacing the screen and internal part for a third of that price and did it in the time it would have take to drive to the Mall... And they did what Apple said was impossible they fixed it. Those smug little know it all cheats at Apple! Don't get me wrong I like the product but their marketing sucks! read more

I bring anything and everything computer/phone wise to Blake. He sold me an Iphone a few years ago (which I love), and he got it up and running without me having to go to the Verizon Wireless store. I, personally, LOVED this because whenever I used to have to go and get a new phone at Verizon I would be there FOR HOURS, and half the time my dad had to be there (he's the main name on the account). ANYWAY, I recently dropped my iphone in a glass of water (stupid me). I brought it to Blake, and before telling me that it was ruined, he took the entire phone apart and let it sit in rice for 24 hours. After it still didn't work, he tried a few other things to see if he could get the phone to work for me. After all of this, he came to the conclusion that it was FRIED. But what makes this story even better...is that he bought the useless phone from me and was able to sell me a new one, which actually worked out best for me because it was a 4s. I really don't feel that any other store in the area would take the time to try and fix my phone before they could jump in my wallet and make me buy a new one. I find Blake to be so unbelievably genuine. If you've ever been to Dtown Tech you'll find yourself always warmly greeted by Blake. Everyone that walks in there knows Blake on a personal level because he makes an effort to know each and every one of his customers, which keeps them coming back. And he stands by his word and his work! Both are excellent in my point of view! read more

If I could give more stars, I would!! Blake helped me find a new laptop within my budget after mine died. Not only did he do that, he transferred all my data from my old laptop to the new one, updated the applications (wow!) and even gave me a cable to hook my old hard-drive up to the new one. When he told me how much I owed him for the week's worth of work he did for me, I was astonished. Incredibly reasonable, efficient, professional & friendly. I've been telling EVERYONE about my experience with DTown Tech because they deserve ALL THE BUSINESS!!! Thanks again, Blake! My new laptop is amaaazing!!! read more

Very knowledgeable and experienced. I took my computer to upgrade the RAM. He took one look and determined that my ram was more than enough, but recommended a solid state hard drive. My computer now flies. Prices were extremely reasonable, and he was up front with the price, with no hidden charges. Highly recommended. read more

Stopped in today after seeing all the reviews and hearing great things. Was expecting a quick diagnosis but could come back tomorrow to have the repair done but diagnosed on the spot, tested to make sure that was the issue (had to replace a charging port on 6s plus) and had me on my way in 15 minutes. In the meantime, answered all calls as they came in and was working on someone else at the same time. Very knowledgeable and saved me the expense of the Apple store. Will definitely return again if I have the need! read more

Locked myself out of my first Apple IPad. called Apple and no close by Apple Stores, read about another Apple repair outside of town but TONS of bad reviews. Lucky for me, Google suggested here. I called and was told it come in.. Took all of 15 minutes and only 20 dollars! A great time saver from going all the way to an Apple Store and wait in huge lines. The guys are friendly, help you understand the device and why it does what it does. I cannot be any happier and will recommend them always. Thank you!L read more

Writing a review at this point, given their well-deserved 5 star rating, is probably redundant but it's the least I could do given the level of service I received. It was quick, thorough and alleviated the stress I endured prior to my visit. I dropped my Macbook and it wouldn't turn on after. After a slight panic and resigning myself to the fact that a replacement would be necessary (a $1500 problem I'd rather not have) I decided to try dtown first. After a 15-minute visit and zero hassle my computer was up and running again. And while I will not quote the cost incurred, saying it was more than fair would be a gross misunderstatement. An honest, competent business deserves recognition. read more
