I forgot I had a screen protector on and that was what cracked. He could have easily taken the phone in the back removed the screen protector and charged me for a "new screen". Needless to say he became my go to place for any electronic repairs needed. Couple days afterward, I really cracked my Apple Watch and was heartbroken. Apple wanted about as much as a new watch would cost to fix it. Aaron's price was fair and he even fixed the crown which had become unresponsive after the screen cracked. Business is not business without going back and forth and working out a deal. That's part of the job. The guy not only disrespected me, he yelled at me, and kicked me out of his non business like shop. I said, "Wow!! You're kicking me out!?" I grabbed my things and then he slammed the door behind me!! I would call you sir, but you're nothing more than a flea. You're a loose cannon and most likely bipolar. Very unprofessional, especially when this guy had a client in the shop while I was in there to witness what happened. Highly recommended…read more I've come here twice now to service my Dell XPS 8500, which I bought in January 2013. The first time was to replace a failed hard drive early in the pandemic, which was done fairly quickly and inexpensively. Then, two or three weeks ago, the computer started freezing. The first few times, I could restart it after a few attempts. I went a few days with no freezing, then the problem worsened: It would turn on, but Windows wouldn't load. I was already going to get a new computer anyway, due to Microsoft ending support for Windows 10. (My computer wasn't compatible with Windows 11--or so I was led to believe by the internet.) It's an almost 13-year-old computer at this point. But I figured I may as well see if it can be salvaged, so I can keep it around at least as a backup. To my surprise, Alex was able to not only diagnose the problem (a failed graphics card), but was able to install a newer graphics card that made the computer compatible with Windows 11. So now, I don't have to rush to buy a new computer, and can likely keep this around a lot longer than I previously thought I could. All this for $130. Thank you, Alex!

They are down the street from my office, so when I have the occasional computer problem I give them a call, or stop in. They are prompt, courteous and technically proficient in diagnosing an issue, and solving it. If they can't fix it, they tell you and don't waste your time and money. They make sure everything works and that is has the software needed for security, while recommending other options without installing them in advance. Honorable.
