The associates only know their specific department and suggest items that are totally incompatible with other components - even when you are buying them at the same time. They want you to be able to build and customize your computer yet they sell you a bunch of items that do not even work together. The online tech support told me to order a specific adapter and it is a good thing I asked to confirm at the store because I was told I need something else. That one does not work either. The associates are nice but I am about to return two brand new computers and the additional devices and products and never set foot in that place again because once again, they have either sold me the wrong thing or have left out critical pieces needed to use my devices despite me asking several times if this would be all I need.
