I had Beacon Protection install security systems in my buisness and my home.I previously had another company in my buisness and home almost 13 years.Over that period of time I had numerous problems,the service was aweful.I recently has security camera system install by this same company,I had nothing but problems.They sold me the equipment but did give me any training.I would call this company and they told me that this was a new system and they could not train me becuase they had to be trained first.They also could not properly set up my IPhone to there system.I was on the phone severals times hours at a time,They even logged into my computer remotely and still could not resolve my problems.So I called a Security Consultant that worked for them becuase I had a major incident that I needed on a thumb drive and they would not even return my call, There techs could not figure even resolve this problem.The problem was resoved by Beacon Protection which I found out after the matter was with the prior company for years,His supervisor sent my IT Tech the link form another country at 11:15 PM and I was able to finally save my incident on my thumb drive.After that I completly changed my buisness and my home security over to Beacon Protection'The lead Tech Mike has alot of knowledge and taught me more in the 6 hours of installing for both my systems then over 12 years of the prior company.Shewn his assistant did a great install job kept everything clean and was friendly and patient.they told me they would finish both projects if it took all night.They traveled from Misquamicut Beach RI from a prior job and still finished my job.I am well pleased and confident that my home ans restuarant is safe and secure becuase of the job they both did.I will tell my family and friends and buisness friends about Beacon Protecton.Peter my Security Consultant has giving me peace knowing that I am well protected.Thanks again to Mike,Shewn and Peter, read more

After having service at a previous home with a big name security company, my perception of great service has completely changed now that our family is protected by Beacon. I must say that as a residential real estate agent, I have experienced many. I also admit I have unrealistic expectations because I am in sales. Beacon Protection is a class of their own. Look I never ever leave reviews. Evan and his crew are top notch. I'm telling you. 3 years ago I was unsatisfied with my original alarm company. I'm not going to name names.. I was looking to upgrade my technology and when I called them, they didn't have the features and updated tech I was looking for... phone app, cellular monitoring, etc... so I went with one of the big companies. Probably one of the biggest company right now.. They made many promises but in the end it came down to one thing. Customer service. They had none. I truly got the the feeling that once they sold you an alarm you were now just a number So i switched to Beacon Protection. My location was evaluated and made sure I had every angle covered. The installer came in and installed my new system In under a few hours. Tested everything and set everything up. Website access, app login, everything. Tom Casselli was one of the most helpful & honest people I've let into my home. He was informative about our new alarm (my fiancé & I have never had an alarm so we needed all the ins & outs, A-Z). He explained what each piece does, what we needed for our home & explained Beacon's app to us. He seriously was one of the most thorough people I've ever met. Tom assured us that we would be safe & well prepared should an intruder ever try to enter our home. Ryan came and installed our alarm. He was also so thorough. He explained how to use all of our new equipment beginning to end & helped set up our app. I was not home for our install but he taught my fiancé so well that he was able to teach me how to use the alarm in about 5 minutes. Beacon Protection has provided outstanding service for my business. Initially they installed a very user friendly alarm system. I can see what time my employees shut the alarm off in the morning, and arm the system at night. It is far superior to the alarm we used to pay the big national alarm company much more money to for the older outdated technology that they provided. If an employee comes in at an odd hour I am notified immediately by this great new alarm system from Beacon. Their service has been outstanding. I have had multiple problems with my Internet router, losing the ability to view my cameras remotely. Each time Beacon has returned, got me back up and running, and they have not charged me any additional fees. This service is included in their camera warranty. I absolutely recommend Beacon Protection. So much easier to deal with than my old alarm company. AND THEY COST LESS FOR THAT SUPERIOR SERVICE. read more

I just had Beacon Protection installed in 2 of my homes. One in Clifton, NJ and the other in LBI. After having numerous companies give me quotes for my homes I chose Beacon Protection. It all started with the knowledgeable security consultant, Tommy, who provided me with face to face interaction where most other companies tried to sell me over the phone. More importantly this was done around my schedule. Their pricing was very competitive but their products and live demonstrations far surpassed the other security companies. We received touch screen keypads that look amazing in my homes. The installation as promised was fast and neat. f I could give this company negative I would Had service installed at my home . Alarm goes off multiple times due to there system failure call there service department totally rude and hangs up on me multiple times Joe P . Then tells me I'm locked into a contract after I spent over $2000 on cameras to be installed that only work on WiFi . Then sends me to voicemail multiple times after and don't return calls . I have them install a system in my office of my business and they want to charge me $800 to move literally a mile down the road . When there guy came out and did it within two hours . I was there and seen it with my own eyes trying to rip customers off really? Then tells me people are at my home putting in the code at the panel calling me a liar while everyone is at work customer service skills at beacon are terrible stay far away from these people . First, Tom was at our place and explained every detail about the alarm system, fees, app, etc. Very professional and knowledgeable and immediately made us feel at ease and confident in our choice of using Beacon Protection! More so, he gave us his personal cell phone so we can reach him anytime to answer any question, and as first time home owners, we couldn't have been more grateful. We are very impressed with the quality and service at Beacon. The installation team was extremely courteous and did a magnificent job concealing all of the wiring from the outdoor cameras that they installed. They thoroughly tested our system to ensure it was working as expected and found several serious flaws from the prior alarm company's system setup. When we inadvertently set off the alarm, we promptly received a phone call from a real human making sure everything was alright. The software with the system is excellent. Arm and disarm functionally works well (unlike our old Brinks system which was extremely sluggish and often wouldn't work). The quality of the camera feeds and notifications are excellent. You can configure access to the system including setting temporary pins via email which is a pleasure compared to trying to figure it out via the keypad. read more

It was a demonstration of what a white glove customer service is supposed to look and feel like. As a new business owner, I was in the market for an alarm system. Kevin, from Beacon was by far the easiest, non-pushy, gimmick free salesman to work with. The system I got was very reasonably priced and was actually installed the very next day! The tech that installed my system was great as well! He was able to conceal all the wiring for the alarm system, and even had a dust buster to clean up the dust from the drill!
