This company is truly a hidden gem and here's why:…read more From the very beginning, they provided a straightforward, no-fluff cost estimate. No back and forth, no surprises -- just honest pricing compared to other competitors. They show up exactly when they say they will and follow up with a phone call if anything changes. Their performance is precise, professional, and highly efficient. They work within a timeframe that fits the customer's schedule -- and they are on time, every time. If additional work is needed due to a customer oversight, they adjust pricing fairly and cost-effectively. They are friendly, warm, and show a genuine interest in your project. They provide real value-added recommendations that are practical and realistic. I solicited estimates from five other electricians, and they clearly stood out -- not only in cost, but in overall performance. Their estimate was well within my budget. If there were a rating higher than 10, I would give it. The job felt truly complete when my wife personally thanked the electrician, that says everything. The project was involved with wiring for a two-story building, attic crawl space, wiring outside the building, Electrical panel upgrade and basement outlets for hot water on demand system. This was not an easy task, but they truly handled it efficiently. A true winner. Highly recommended.

They sent an employee named Andre who was very knowledge before and during the installation process. He recommended a different bracket than the one I had purchase.. and the old bracket I returned was later recalled a few months later. He also went over operation instructions for the new TV since I also added a sound bar. I would have never figured it out on my own. Andre was very professional. I love my TVs and I love the service I received on TV on My Wall. I will definitely be using them again if I need TV installations. Thank you for a great experience.

I needed help (i) mounting 2 TV's, (ii) routing wires from tv's into closets, (iii) connecting built in speakers which were here when I moved in, to my TVs, (iv) setting up a receiver for the speakers, (v) setting up Apple Play for my built in speakers In terms of price, Sherman quoted me on the project (vs hourly like some others do) which was definitely more economical and great to know exactly what you're in for. The existing wire system in my apartment was old so it took a long time for Sherman to work around and with the existing wire system but did so without complaint. He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner. He made sure that the job was completed - comprehensively. He won't let an issue go unresolved and he will make sure you're happy with the outcome. Couldn't be happier with his work and I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for AV work at home.

In addition he installed and recommended what TV we should purchase. The design of the system as well as his recommendations was invaluable, especially for those of us who have little experience in these areas. The installation was done neatly and he came everyday until it was finished. They were neat, polite and called to let us know he was coming each morning. His price was reasonable and the service after the job was the best one could ask for. We had a power surge which destroyed some equipment and he worked hard to make sure the manufacturer replaced it. We would not use anyone else and have referred him to others who are equally satisfied.
