They were honest enough to mention that current pricing direct from Apple was great and to purchase the Macbook via the Apple website and then call them back. Once it came in I gave them a call back; they came on-site and took care of everything from there. I had a five year old laptop which they transferred all my data from, to the new laptop and setup my e-mail etc. My Wi-Fi was also very spotty. So they replaced my old wireless router with a newer one and made some custom adjustments to the settings to make the signal perfect in my home. Now all my devices work well around the house.
