Jose told me about using our insurance and getting the claim #. I have to say they were out to our house so fast! They went right to work, cleaning up the area where it leaked into the cellar. Even carted away the damaged stuff. They put down mats on the floor that are hooked up to machines to get the water out of the wood floor! Everyone of the team members were very polite and genuinely nice. From Jose to crew shift Peter to the crew Luis, Sebastian, and Franco. I can't sing their praises any louder! Guys showed up on time, moved furniture out, ripped out old carpet and padding, swept up before installing new padding and carpet, vacuumed and put furniture back while letting me clean woodwork in between! They were really nice and extremely professional. The new carpet is so much nicer and better than what was installed when we purchased the house. Very happy working with Faber and highly recommend! The culture is horrible with no direction or support. The owner doesn't have a business plan period. There are no meetings or ideas thrown around to discuss growth. At this place all you get is a paycheck , the insurance is Cobra which is really expensive. No paid sick days even though its the law, no paid vacation days, even though the office gets them. Danny was great!…read more For our inspection/estimate, he arrived on time, advised us on how to get multiple pieces of insulation from the attic tested. He actually told us how to get it done from someone else, as it would be cheaper than him doing it. But since we were on a time crunch, we opted to go with him and the Lab he works with. Very cool that he doesn't try to get more money from you and gives you options. When we scheduled the work to be done, he was very busy and didn't reply to the emails we had sent, but we finally reached him by phone. We confirmed the date in advance, filled out the contract paperwork, but the day before he was supposed to start, at 5PM, he said there was a scheduling mix up and he wouldn't be able to come in. I wonder since we were talking with him directly if he was the one who simply forgot to put us in the schedule. It messed up our plans a bit, as we had scheduled other contractors that same week so everything would be coordinated. We had to reschedule for the following week and prolong our stay in NJ ( we are originally from NY). Regardless, his crew was on time for the work at 8AM. Danny called us at 7 AM to let us know they were en route. They were very thorough. After the removal they took 1-2 samples to test the air and make sure that nothing went airborne. They sent it to the lab to be tested right away and there was a bit of a wait, for around 3 or so hours to get the results. Once we were all clear, it was all good. Would recommend!

He arrived on time, did what needed to be done with minimal disruption, and left the job site neat and orderly. This is the experience I had with Premier Refinishing. I deliberately waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to be sure that the refinishing did what I hoped it would do...make my outdated bathroom look more modern. I also wanted to ensure that the paint stuck to the tiles without bubbling or peeling. I'm pleased to say that Sal and his crew exceeded my expectations. Sal provided an accurate quote, his crew arrived on time each day, took great care to maintain a clean work site, and were personable and efficient. When a minor issue arose, Sal showed up ON EASTER DAY to make sure he understood what needed to be corrected and had his team come to me the next business day. As it turns out, the fix was relatively simple. I highly recommend using Premier Finishing based on the professionalism with which they executed the job.
