I am updating my review because I heard back from Besi and he helped walk me through the issues and we were able to resolve them. However, I explained that a customer should not have to wait almost 2 weeks to hear back from someone they have worked with for years even if the office just said Besi is away for whatever reason and will get back to you on x date, rather than ignore emails, texts , phone calls etc. In any event he did eventually call and we were able to work out the problem . After the miscommunication that happened originally the guy made it right. It did take a while but he made up for it. I am pretty happy with the job done now. The same reason that I originally went for him (and the guy that was with him) is the main positive. They looked like they knew what they were doing, they didn't try to upsell me. And the vibe I got from him is that he really cares about his business and what people think about the work he and his team does. I am planning to do more major renovation work with them. read more

I had this company install security cameras for my home in January. While the install job itself was great, they cracked the front siding of my house while placing their ladder against it. They said it was due to the cold weather and it cracked. I told them I would withhold payment until it was fixed to ensure they would come fix it. They assured and promised me to come and repair the holes they created to our house when the weather gets warmer as the cold weather would just create more cracks. Therefore I trusted them and paid in full. Come summertime, I'm emailing and calling them in a span of 3 months and they are now avoiding calls and not responding to emails. While I wanted to have faith that he would be a good person and kept his word, this is terrible customer service. I even tried to hire him again for another job but he just did not want to keep his word to repair our front. Do not do business with them, they are not trustworthy! read more

I was glad to see someone knows their stuff. The 2 young men Besi & Adem installed in my workplace an amazing video surveillance system connected to my computers and phones. I'm able to view my business whenever I'm not there, it's awesome. They were very knowledgable, accommodating and helpful! I'm not very computer savvy so their needed to guide me along the process of working the system and how to get the most out of it!! They also installed a flat screen for my business that I can roll great fashion videos and pictures!! Love it. Great job!! Besi did a great job mounting our television in our bedroom. The price was fair and I liked the fact that he had all equipment available for purchase....from the mounting hardware itself to the shelving unit for under the TV to hold cable boxes/DVD players etc. I was a bit frustrated with the fact that he wasn't the easiest to communicate with prior to installation and that he called after he was to have already been here to push back our appointment 6 hours. Nice guy who is good at his job, maybe just needs a little help in the administrative side of things :). read more

Had a appointment with ABE installations today...after confirming that appointment scheduled will be a little late...upon their arrival immediately set forth to install my wall mount for Samsung 55 in TV. Within no time mount set, TV connected, area vacuumed. Mount and TV work fine I just have to learn how to work the new controls (smile) Very pleased with their professional, courteous service, done in a timely manner. read more

Disappointed. Made an appointment via phone a week in advance to have a TV remounted. Accepted a window of 11am to 1pm. I called to check in at 12pm and was advised they would be here within the agreed time. Received a call at 1.10pm to say the tech was stuck on another job and was running late. Following a few more calls later in the day I figure out they are not going to show up. I was not a priority- a bigger job took precedence and I got to waste a whole holiday indoors waiting around. read more
