I don't. So I think it's worth asking... then I asked if he had any head phones with cords In his store, he again looked at me like I'm an idiot and said "we definitely don't sell headphones with the cords here".... I upgraded my iPhone and could not complete the transfer, therefore, I went to this AT&T store for help. I was so frustrated and beside myself because AT&T promised me by phone that it was "super simple" to transfer the phone info from old to new. It wasn't and when I got to the AT&T store I was beside myself. The first sales person I came across was Victor who was trying to help me but eventually the rude manager "Bryant" stepped in (he didn't give me his name and wouldn't allow Victor to give it to me, but I looked at his name tag briefly). That manager "Bryant" stated "I'm being rude to you because you're coming at us" and no one was "coming at them" and I tried to explain that I have been at this all morning since 4AM and I'm frustrated. The manager "Bryant" said to me we're done. I asked well can you at least help me prepare my old phone to be sent out. The manager "Bryant" said no because you're a liability!" Victor was willing but "Bryant" said no, and told me to "get out of my store". All I could think about was why didn't I visit this store before upgrading, because based on this experience I'm sending back the new phone to AT&T and going with another carrier because not only was this behavior from "Bryant" uncalled for but unnecessary. I work with customers and they always come first especially when they are experiencing "hang ups" with our service. Never have I ever been treated so poorly outwardly and with such confidence. It's as if "Bryant" owns the AT&T store and maybe he does, but he needs to be schooled on customer service, because he had no experience in being the expert how to treat customers. I was not only frustrated with the AT&T product, the new pi phone, I was also embarrassed by "Bryant" for not knowing how to behave.

I didn't have apple care and the iPad was barely 4 months new, they fixed it in 5 mins(they have proper tools) and didn't charge me a penny. Other places I called wanted $50-$95 & were up seling me for a total port replacement. On calling them- they asked me to come in and said they'll take a look and would fix if it's possible 'free of cost' only if it's doable with the tools they had. I will go back here moving fwd for all my phone/iPad issues and I highly recommend them. Much appreciate them and their gesture in today's age & time.

Brought my phone in for a new battery. Returned to pick it up and they handed me a phone that…read moredidn't work at all. According to the "tech", the screen cracked when they disassembled it due to corrosion from being exposed to moisture, so essentially they broke my phone. Whether or not their story is true, or if they just broke it and didn't want to accept responsibility, well I guess that's a question that only them and the Lord knows the answer to. Interestingly, for just an extra $100, I could buy a new screen and replace the one that they broke. Anyway, this was at 7 pm and I needed the phone for work the next morning so going out and getting a new phone wasn't really an option. I guess they know they got you in a pickle. I'll give them two stars seeing as the tech did seem to genuinely feel bad and threw in a "free" screen protector to make up for it. Next time, go to Apple or BestBuy or at least somewhere that doesn't engage in shady business practices and will stand behind their work.

I have had MetroPCS for about two years now and every employee I have spoke with has been helpful. However, Samantha displayed exceptional customer service. I lost my cell phone and called this location to inquire if they had the same phone in stock. Samantha answered, was polite, and answered all of my questions. Luckily their stock had one more of my phone in stock so I hung up and drove to this location. Entering the store I saw a young lady (Samantha) and an older man inside. I first assumed that both of them worked for MetroPCS when I was in the parking lot. As soon as I walked inside I heard the man yelling at Samantha about phone prices. I quickly realized he was in irate customer. For about 10 minutes he yelled about the phone prices telling her she needed to give him a lower price on a phone. She explained all the options available, costs, and why the cost is what it was. He kept rambling on about how everyone in Florida sucks (what?), everyone in Arizona sucks, he claimed he knew she was lying and to give him the special discount. He dropped his sunglasses and kept saying really weird and crazy things that didn't make sense. Samantha remained calm and polite even while he cursed at her before storming out. I have worked in customer service for years and was impressed that she was able to keep her composure while he treated her that way. After he left she was sweet and helped me get my new phone set up. She also let me know when my next phone upgrade was available and let me know what phone cases, etc were available as well. MetroPCS, if you are reading this you are lucky to have an employee as professional as Samantha. She deserves a raise!

I was in the market for a new computer monitor and she directed me to the computer section. After perusing for no more than 3 minutes a gentleman named Cash assisted me. I explained what I was looking for, the purpose for the monitor, and the budget I was looking for. He went to go check the system and came back with an option under budget that met all my specs.
