Do not spend money at this place!!! I had a broken fan blade in my SUV and they misdiagnosed it as an engine mount and charged me over 300$ for a part I didn't need! They took advantage of my poor grandma and refused to refund us when the actual problem was diagnosed by a half ass decent mechanic! The Dodge dealership told me the car needed a new radiator fan and wanted $500 for the part and another $400 for labor. After checking some reviews and calling a few places, I decided to take a chance on DSL because they were professional on the phone, and gave me the best quote. Fast forward to the day my car is there at the shop and the owner calls me to tell me that the fan is fine. It was just a loose connection! He only charged for the time it took them to discover this and return the other part. I was just stunned! Not only at how honest they were, but how shady the dealership was. After two trips to Dodge, a heated exchange, the receipts from all transactions, and the service manager looking at the car himself to see that indeed the original fan was there and now working, Dodge finally refunded my $175 diagnostic fee. We will use and recommend DSL anytime there is an auto repair need. You can't really put a price on honesty, but they do and it is less than the other guys!! read more

Don't waste your money going anywhere else! I was referred to DSL Automotive after one of our cars would not start, even with a boost. After a quick Google search, we figured it must be the starter and called the dealership for a quote. We were stunned when we were quoted just over $1,000 for the fix. We had to leave the car and get picked up since this was a very unexpected expense. After being referred to DSL, I reached out for pricing and was quoted a fraction of what the dealership quoted. Brian helped us out and he even recommended a very reasonably priced towing company, EMC towing, that promptly retrieved our car. Brian communicated with us every step of the process, even though it only took them a day to fix the car.
