Every item was perfectly clean and folded, and that level of service truly lifted such a weight off my shoulders. Absolutely ridiculous for 3 blankets and 3 pillow covers after being lost for so long. In addition to the absurdity of trying to get my stuff cleaned, I received them in almost the same condition they were brought to them in. It seems as though they sprayed some freshener on them and called it good. They definitely were not cleaned.
